preordered online and it’s 515pm and I am still waiting for my order that was supposed to be done at 445 pm. Plus 2 other people here before me and still waiting.

God, awful service, time kept changing for the delivery. Try to call customer service several times was on hold forever. Then when a guy answered, he wasn't from here, I tried to explain to him that I had to work in the morning, and I couldn't wait forever, he simply said, we have one driver. That's all we've ever had, and that he would get it out in the next 20 to 30 minutes. I had already been waiting over an hour. I simply said, don't you guys use DoorDash to fill in you charge for a delivery anyway? Then he started getting it's pretty irate with me. We'll never use this location again. Poor customer service

Ordered my food on the 9th of June. Waited 40 mins past my pick up time. Finally went into the store to see what was going on. It hadn’t even been started yet. So I waited and waited and waited. Finally I just asked for a refund cause the lobby was getting full of angry customers who also were waiting way past their time. Here it is June 20th and I never got my food and never got my money back. I’ve called to talk to the manager several times and never get a call back from them. I’ve called corporate too and they don’t seem to care either. So, unless you want you money stolen. Don’t eat at pizza hut

Put in a simple order of just 2 pizzas for Carry out. They said 15 minutes, sat in the front for 20 minutes with no greet or anything. Finally a lady came out and asked if I’d been helped and when she asked what my order was she said it still wasn’t ready. The lobby had 4+ people come in after me who also weren’t greeted. 40+ minutes for two pizzas.

I've never ordered pizza here, but with so many bad reviews, I won't. Hot pizza, what are you going to do? Customers are leaving.
This might’ve been one of the WORST experiences I’ve ever had submitted an order at 6:18 pm and the app said it’d be done at 6:48 I got there at 6:45 and someone came to the carry out window at 6:48 he proceeded to ask the name I gave that to him and he gave me a heads up that they only had 2 cooks tonight didn’t say how long it was going to take after that they had someone walk in he said he was going to help them and that he would be back I told him okay he helped the other customer and while he was with them another employee asked me if I had been helped I told her yes and she walked and got me a card good for 1 free large pizza and asked me to park in a stall and they’d bring it out to me as time went on many other vehicles came through the drive thru some left with food others just left 4 other vehicles that had parked next to me at different times all had received their food before me getting irritated as time went on waiting for food knowing my 1 year old was waiting for me to get home with supper I went in 3 different times asking on it and managed to get past an hour before it finally even made it to the oven the 3rd time I was going in to ask for a refund they said they just got it in the oven and it was going to be roughly 20 minutes so I went back to my car and waited I left there with our food at 8:04 and by the time I got home my little guy was almost asleep so I had to wake him back up get him to eat and try to get a quick bath in before having to put his brace on him for bed.

I ordered a large combination pizza and a breadsticks. They are both very tasty. The quality is good. Customer service was excellent. I would go there again.

They're outsourcing their phone calls to a foreign place that doesn't have the full menu, so they make you go to the other store, making it take twice as long to order on the phone terrible service there.

The kearney location took 2 hours to deliver a 35 minute estimated delivery, they even had a doordash pick it up then deliver it, so my pizza was out of the oven for at least 30 minutes so it was cold and nasty when I got it. I didn't even eat the nasty thing so now I'm out 35.00 dollars and with a bad taste in my mouth ...NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT

Our order came cold, incorrect and a half hour later than initially stated. This was a second chance to see if a previous orders inaccuracies were a fluke, and I would say inaccurate orders are the constant.

I stopped by to get something quick and delicious for dinner tonight and was very disappointed. I haven't been to a Pizza Hut in years and thought let's try it, it had so much nostalgia from when I was a child and getting the personal pan pizza with its buttery crispy crust and delicious tomato sauce in every bits aside from the crust. I think I have to say and it's sad to say that little Ceasars has better pizza now. Definitely not my top place to go but Pizza Hut is the lowest on my list. We ordered a Hawaiian pizza without green peppers and bread sticks. The pizza only had pizza sauce around the crust there was no pizza sauce towards the middle the crust was so dry and not crispy and buttery. I was beyond disappointed in the pizza. The bread sticks were hard and dry like they had been sitting out for a while. Little Ceasars gives you a big side of marinara sauce there was maybe enough for two bread sticks. As for the price and my thoughts, I think that the pizza is overpriced for what you get, $21.75 for a large, if the pizza was like it used to be I would have been ok with the price but sadly it disappointed us. Over all I was entirely disappointed and will definitely not eat at pizza hut again. I'm sorry I was hoping this would become one of my new go to pizza places had it been half way decent.

Just went to this Pizza Hut for the last time. Waited 15 minutes in the drive through only to go in and be told the buzzer doesn’t work? Mind you, there’s no sign saying that! ? When I went in to pick up my food I was met with a rude manager who didn’t care that I just waited 15 minutes for my food and didn’t even offer an apology. As I checked out I asked, “are my ranch packets in the box?” She quickly answers “yes.” I drive back across town and guess what? No RANCH! By this time I quit steamed but I give the manager another chance to make it right. I call back and ask to speak with her and explain my issue. I then wait another 10 minutes on hold before I hang up and submit and online complaint. Whoever owns this store obviously hasn’t been there in a while. I could hardly imagine anyone with half a brain would call this acceptable customer service. The biggest insult of this entire process was that I paid over $50 for food! WOW
Follow up: received a call from “management” and was offered $25 back as compensation? Replied back on Saturday and have heard nothing since. Followed up with two emails and have received zero communication as to when my refund will occur. So to summarize Pizza Hut: crap service crap management and crap food! WINNING!
