Ordered a pizza on the app, told it would be 40 minutes, drove up, pizza isn't made, multiple pissed off customers inside the store, and we were told it would be another 40 minutes. Left and tried calling to cancel order. Was put on hold for 20 minutes, they never did answer. So I said screw, they can make the pizza and eat it themselves for all I care.

Ordered a bunch of food to be delivered. Waited patiently for almost two hours before trying to call and figure out where my food was. No answer on the phone conveniently. Waited another hour and tried calling again and got an answer that they didn't even receive my online order. Super special that they couldn't even look up my order confirmation number that was given because of some stupid excuse. I used to order online quite often, can say I will never return to your pizza brand or locations. Thanks for nothing!! Half or piece of star at best!!!!

Very annoyed with pizza hut in Kearney Nebraska. 25 min after my order was supposed to be at my house it shows up only for the guy to sit in his car for longer before bringing the food up. $10 more with tip to get it delivered when I could have went there and got it 30min ago. I called in and couldnt even understand the people who answered and one hung up on me when I asked where my order was.

I ordered a pickup, when I got to the window and paid for my food the guy said he would check to see where my order was. I waited 5 minutes. The guy came back and said it would be 3 min. I said okay. Another 5 minutes, another guy came to the window and said my food hadn't even been put in the oven so it would be 7 to eight minutes before it was done. It has now been 15 minutes and still no food!!!

At 6:47 pm we got our conformation text our order was made it said delivered by 6:52pm, it is currently 8:19pm and we still havent gotten or order. We have been calling for over a hour to find out what is going on and we get transfered without being listened to. The last one that we talked to said he was transferring us to the store which again, have been on hold for over a hour. Very very poor service will never order again.

I would give negative stars if I could. Worst experience ever. Ordered pizza on the app at 7:34 pm. App said would be done in 20 mins. Drive to store and pull up to the window. Wait 5 mins for someone to open the window as they were standing there the entire time I was waiting. I give the name for the order and I got told that they were very busy as there was a Nebraska football game on tonight and that there was also some sporting event in Kearney tonight as well that brought an extra 2000 people to town. Person tells me that it will be another 40 mins before my order is ready. I was kind and said I would come back. I went back promptly 40 mins later. Again wait 5 or more mins before someone opened the window. Person tells me that my order was in the oven and would be ready shortly. I paid for the order and he asked me to pull into a parking stall and he would bring it out to me. It is now 9:00 pm at this point. I park in the stall and have to watch the Nebraska football on my cell phone. At 9:30 pm I still did not have my order. I got out of my car and walked into the building. I asked for my order from someone other that the person at the window. This new person proceeds to the warmer by the drive thru window and pulls my order out. Brings me my order. Receipt on top of the box clearly shows the order was made at 7:34 pm. It was exactly 9:34 pm when I got back in my car to take my order home. I got home with my order and it was very clear to me that my order had been done and out of the oven for quite some time. My pizza cheese was hard, and the crust was chewy. Not only was the experience horrible but so was the pizza. My family will never return to this pizza hut ever again. I can burn a cardboard pizza in my oven and get a much better pizza. I don't think that the original person that I spoke with knew what he was talking about. I believe that my order was ready long before my second time asking for it. Waste of time and money.
Got a supreme pizza. Said be 20 minutes. It was over 30. They Called me after 20 and said they had no mushrooms and wanted to know if wanted anything else. Just told them double the veggies. $27 for a pizza. Couldn't really see many veggies, nor alone extra. Very disappointed for $27. Will not be going back soon. Son said I needed to use the App. Ha. Not doing that.

This place is a joke. Treat their employees horrible. They dont pay their employees the hours they work. I'll never get food from there ever again. When you order the food is never ready on time and if it is the food is cold or the bread sticks are hard. The service is horrible. When you call 9 times out of 10 the phone just rings. They cant keep help. Some of the employees are rude. Very disappointing.
Ordered online waited over an hour to get our food when we did get our food. It was ice cold I don’t mean kind of cold. I mean, refrigerator cold and wrong. I tried to Call the store for 30 minutes no answer. Finally fed up I drove to Pizza Hut and all the workers in there were ignoring the phone calls. There were two other guys in the lobby, waiting to talk to the manager about their incorrect order. Finally, when I get to talk to the general manager, Nikki, she apologizes and offers to remake my order I said I’d rather cut my losses and get a refund especially for spending $90 tipping the delivery driver. She assures me that I will get a refund But it might take a few days. Never got a refund. I honestly would avoid this Pizza Hut at all cost.

This place used to always disappoint. They must be under new management because the last two times we decided to take a chance you can tell that they've really turned things around. Sometimes it's still significantly greasier than pies I've had at other Hut locations but they are getting there. Nice job on the hard work.

God, awful service, time kept changing for the delivery. Try to call customer service several times was on hold forever. Then when a guy answered, he wasn't from here, I tried to explain to him that I had to work in the morning, and I couldn't wait forever, he simply said, we have one driver. That's all we've ever had, and that he would get it out in the next 20 to 30 minutes. I had already been waiting over an hour. I simply said, don't you guys use DoorDash to fill in you charge for a delivery anyway? Then he started getting it's pretty irate with me. We'll never use this location again. Poor customer service

Ordered my food on the 9th of June. Waited 40 mins past my pick up time. Finally went into the store to see what was going on. It hadn’t even been started yet. So I waited and waited and waited. Finally I just asked for a refund cause the lobby was getting full of angry customers who also were waiting way past their time. Here it is June 20th and I never got my food and never got my money back. I’ve called to talk to the manager several times and never get a call back from them. I’ve called corporate too and they don’t seem to care either. So, unless you want you money stolen. Don’t eat at pizza hut

Put in a simple order of just 2 pizzas for Carry out. They said 15 minutes, sat in the front for 20 minutes with no greet or anything. Finally a lady came out and asked if I’d been helped and when she asked what my order was she said it still wasn’t ready. The lobby had 4+ people come in after me who also weren’t greeted. 40+ minutes for two pizzas.
