They're outsourcing their phone calls to a foreign place that doesn't have the full menu, so they make you go to the other store, making it take twice as long to order on the phone terrible service there.

The kearney location took 2 hours to deliver a 35 minute estimated delivery, they even had a doordash pick it up then deliver it, so my pizza was out of the oven for at least 30 minutes so it was cold and nasty when I got it. I didn't even eat the nasty thing so now I'm out 35.00 dollars and with a bad taste in my mouth ...NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT

Our order came cold, incorrect and a half hour later than initially stated. This was a second chance to see if a previous orders inaccuracies were a fluke, and I would say inaccurate orders are the constant.

I stopped by to get something quick and delicious for dinner tonight and was very disappointed. I haven't been to a Pizza Hut in years and thought let's try it, it had so much nostalgia from when I was a child and getting the personal pan pizza with its buttery crispy crust and delicious tomato sauce in every bits aside from the crust. I think I have to say and it's sad to say that little Ceasars has better pizza now. Definitely not my top place to go but Pizza Hut is the lowest on my list. We ordered a Hawaiian pizza without green peppers and bread sticks. The pizza only had pizza sauce around the crust there was no pizza sauce towards the middle the crust was so dry and not crispy and buttery. I was beyond disappointed in the pizza. The bread sticks were hard and dry like they had been sitting out for a while. Little Ceasars gives you a big side of marinara sauce there was maybe enough for two bread sticks. As for the price and my thoughts, I think that the pizza is overpriced for what you get, $21.75 for a large, if the pizza was like it used to be I would have been ok with the price but sadly it disappointed us. Over all I was entirely disappointed and will definitely not eat at pizza hut again. I'm sorry I was hoping this would become one of my new go to pizza places had it been half way decent.

Just went to this Pizza Hut for the last time. Waited 15 minutes in the drive through only to go in and be told the buzzer doesn’t work? Mind you, there’s no sign saying that! ? When I went in to pick up my food I was met with a rude manager who didn’t care that I just waited 15 minutes for my food and didn’t even offer an apology. As I checked out I asked, “are my ranch packets in the box?” She quickly answers “yes.” I drive back across town and guess what? No RANCH! By this time I quit steamed but I give the manager another chance to make it right. I call back and ask to speak with her and explain my issue. I then wait another 10 minutes on hold before I hang up and submit and online complaint. Whoever owns this store obviously hasn’t been there in a while. I could hardly imagine anyone with half a brain would call this acceptable customer service. The biggest insult of this entire process was that I paid over $50 for food! WOW
Follow up: received a call from “management” and was offered $25 back as compensation? Replied back on Saturday and have heard nothing since. Followed up with two emails and have received zero communication as to when my refund will occur. So to summarize Pizza Hut: crap service crap management and crap food! WINNING!

placed a delivery order at 5:25, said it would arrive at 6:51. the driver left the store around that time and arrived 20 minutes later and the food was already getting cold. staff was not helpful when i called

This was the WORST experience I have ever had at a pizza establishment. Not only was my order not ready at the specified pick up time, but I didn't receive my whole order AND what I did receive was incorrect. When I arrived I was told they were waiting on one more pizza that was in the oven. I parked in the waiting area. 15 minutes had passed and we still didn't have our order. My husband went inside, as I waited in the car with our infant son. He got inside, was asked what he needed, he told them we were waiting on one pizza to be done. The worker went to check on it and they said they couldn't find our whole order. He described it as "the worker was running around like a chicken with his head cut off, complete madness and confusion." He waited inside for another 35 minutes, so 50 minutes after we pulled up to the window. They still couldn't find our other pizza. The worker handed him part of our order, at this time it had been an hour after our scheduled pick up time. We took it, as there were 7 people waiting on us to bring the pizza home. We got home with 2 of the 3 pizzas, and our 2 orders of breadsticks. When we opened our pizza, our large hamburger pizza was made incorrectly. It had bean sauce instead of marinara sauce. The 5 kids that were planning to eat hamburger pizza did not touch the pizza as they do not like beans. It was VERY infuriating. So now, 10 people, 5 adults and 5 kids were to share ONE large pepperoni pizza, as we never received our third pizza from the store. I don't know if I will ever take my business back to Pizza Hut, in the near future or ever. This was the absolute worst experience.

This order at Pizza Hut was incredibly disappointing. I waited at home the 45 minutes that the app said it would take, then I made my way to Pizza Hut to be met with a drive through line that went halfway down the block. I waited 45 minutes in line since everything was so slow to get to the window. This was an hour and a half after I had placed my order. The man at the window let me know my order HASNT EVEN BEEN PUT IN THE OVEN.

Called in an order and ordered a taco pizza and they didn’t have any lettuce to put on it. How can you have it on the menu and can’t make it right. Will never order pizza here again.

September 1st 2024, hanger came over my friend as she is searching to find something tasty, and to kill the beast inside of her. It was a national tragedy. Then she remembered… Pizza Hut chicken Alfredo. The night prior the beast was out, and unfortunately it wasn’t available at the time, so she called today and her prayers had been answered. We place an order, Chicken Alfredo, with a side of breadsticks, and a small cheese pizza. Soon we rush over, like a F150 driver. We get to the window, “here is your food she exclaims! (They may have forgotten about the bread sticks but we kindly reminded them, and we got them.) Soon we race back, the aroma of the food fills the car. She knows the beast will be tamed soon. We get to the room, sit on the fluffy pink rug and dig it. It was absolutely incredible. It was cheesy, creamy, and overall the perfect lunch to feed my hangry friend. Thank you Pizza Hut.

Even if you place a dam order online & pick up at the time it says, they always take an additional 30+ min to bring out to you. Hasn’t happened once but 3 times already.
