The pizza has 2/3 of the toppings it used to have. Charge more and give us toppings. It will be a long time before I will order another pizza from Pizza Hut.

I had placed an order for delivery consisting of a pizza and boneless wings. They had forgotten the wings and when I called back the manager john told me "to deal with it because they're busy and don't have time" would absolutely not recommend.

Pizza Hut is the best pizza! We eat at other places but always come back to Pizza Hut! I do miss going in to sit down and eat.

So upset with this evening. I ordered pizza for delivery, I was told it would be an hour to wait. An hour and a half later I have to be the one to call to figure out where my food was. I completely understand the fact that they are short staffed but my food had been waiting for a while. I totally would've went and got my food if I had been called after it was ready and they had alerted me there was only ONE driver. NO COMMUNICATION?!?! Not even a sorry. I asked if I could come pick it up and he said it probably wasn't even any good. Trust me as someone who works in retail I understand the fact of being short staffed. But even when we don't have something I still apologize to the customer, didn't even get one from him.

Has been over 20 years since we have been to a chain pizza place. This is carry-out only and the other location is shut down. Virus concerns are still going on everywhere. So we asked for a medium crust variety and it was real good. No complaints. Ordered it on-line, which went well and straight forward guidance there. We would try this again.

I got charged for an extra order of wings, which I admit, I accidentally ordered. The driver was very nice about it. I was told I would be getting a refund for the item. This did eventually happen, but it took almost two weeks, and the General Manager wasn't very professional about it. He told me next time to check my order because they had to throw it away and that he wanted to talk to the driver first, but he didn't make time to make his schedule work with his. Coming from a management perspective, and a pizza working perspective, you give the customer a refund and NEVER make them feel disrespected. I was kind about the situation, and I expected the same in return. I don't think I will return because the food quality seems to be worse every time I have. Not worth it to me.

My two teenage kids & I decided to eat here for lunch since they had the day off of school. Mind you, we have eaten here several times before & have never had "great" service, but I like to give places a second....or third....chance. I can honestly say today was THE WORST service I've ever received. There were probably around 25-30 people eating off the buffet. We arrived shortly after the starting time of 11:30. (Buffet runs from 11:30 - 1:00.) The pan of pasta (which is what my son usually eats) was gone in 20 minutes and was never replenished. A gentleman finally asked the waitress at 12:30 if there was going to be another pan of pasta & the answer was no. The pizzas were few & far between and were demolished as soon as they were brought out. We waited there for an hour & 15 minutes, hoping to fill my kids up with something other than breadsticks, to no avail. The salad bar wasn't a lot better. Had to pick & choose at the lettuce to get some that looked good, but t tasted funny so I didn't eat much. None of our drinks were refilled & we were never asked how our meal was or if we needed anything. We will NOT eat the buffet here ever again! What a waste of money!!! You're better off ordering off the menu!

Came by here as the kids wanted Pizza hut. I'm not sure if they're understaffed but the phones are ringing off the hook. Not bad right? It's pizza hut! Problem is, no one has answered the phone for the last 10 minutes so far. They have all walked past the phone multiple times and have continued to let the phone ring. There is about 2 minutes of silence about every 8 minutes. The ringing won't stop at all. No one is picking up. Off of that for now, when we first came in we stood at the door for 10 minutes as well. We watched one of the employees eating food by the register as they talked and let the phone continue to ring. Mind you, I'm still writing this review over the time that I'm here right now. There is silence as of 6:36. I'll update this review every time the phone goes off. 6:29-6:34 - Almost completely non-stop. No one picked up any at all. 6:37 -Phone is ringing. 1 minute ring total. 6:41 - Phone only rang for 3 seconds! Just heard one of the employees say "Until we get this big a** order out". We've made it 5 minutes without the phone ringing. Looks like everything is finally getting situated. Someone just yelled at Angela. They need boxes apparently. "That s*** got busted." - looks like a delivery driver said that. Mind you, were on the opposite side of the building and we're hearing all of this. Even with our girls talking. Since 6:41. Not sure if they unhooked it or what. Phone hasn't rang at all. Wait. 7:04. Phone is ringing. Still ringing. Still ringing. Still. Still. STILL. 7:05. Phone is still ringing. Chick is next to the phone.. and she has walked away. Still ringing. 7:06. They're just standing at the front talking to each other. Phone has stopped ringing at 7:07. Cut that, it just started ringing again at 7:07. No one is answering the phone again. It's still going. 7:08. Still ringing. No one is answering still. There were like 6 people at the front 5 minutes ago. Where did everyone go?? 7:09. Still ringing. Still no one picking up. 7:10. Phone is still ringing. This is too much. We're packing up and leaving. The phones are still ringing. No one is picking them up. Still.

If I could give less than one star I would! Worst pizza, re-warmed when they didn't deliver in a decent amount of time. Have had increasingly bad experiences and decided to give it another try, big mistake!

Was really disappointed this order. We have over the last few years stayed away and this order just reminded us why. The pizza was okay and the kids ate the wings but what we were really looking forward to was the cheese breadsticks. They forgot the cheese and the marinara sauce was watered down, and tasted like water with Italian seasoning in it. Will be staying away for longer this time

Was driving through, ordered ahead here's proof of call . Upon arrival they told me they didn't have an order under my name or phone number . Which was a complete lie !!!
