Employees just constantly on their phones. Doesn't seem like sanitation is a priority.

Worst run pretzel I’ve ever been to. Oven wasn’t working and employees didn’t know what to do and the manager hid in the back room and tell customers anything or to direct the employeesThis person should be fired

Food was okay. But what got me was the fact that one employee had long hair past her shoulders not in a pony tail and hair was going everywhere, then she coughed into her hands in front of a line of customers. She tried to continue to take orders, but let me say she got a little upset when I asked her to wash her hands before grabbing food out of the warmer. I will not be coming back when that employee is working on that shift.

Love the cheese-filled pretzel bites, could make a meal of them. Staff is pleasant and quick. We even went back on our way out of town to get some for our trip home!
Would have been cheaper to get a large pretzel bites, they gave me that amount inside a box deal, at twice the price. Highly disappointed. Doubt I’ll be back

they are never open consistent hours so it's impossible to get up there and get a pretzel.
