I asked for a bowl and the lady that did it gave me barely any rice and almost no steak, which was the most expensive. She didn’t talk and i had to repeat myself multiple times.

I ordered on the app before I left my hotel and a bunch of people that walked in after me had their order completed first. They forgot the sour cream for my order. The floor was really dirty and slippery. I slipped and almost fell.

Very poor service. The kids working were far more concerned with joking around rather than the customers. No eye contact either. Pitiful.

Stopped on a road trip here. The customer service was ok, the food smelled amazing, the price was decent. When I bit into the burrito the rice was cold and it threw off the whole burrito. I read other people have said this about othe locations as well so maybe it's a company decision, but for me personally I did not enjoy the confusion this added to my mouth. I personally would choose a different resteraunt if passing threw here again.

Drove into town to get our usual nachos, new people working again. Same orders, same price, but mine has 1/4 the rice, beans and cheese. Everyone else working there saw what he did and no one said anything. Taste just like a pile of chips. The other nacho had double everything and piled high to where the lid wont stay on. I’ve been here numerous times and tonight I was very disappointed.
