I ordered on the app before I left my hotel and a bunch of people that walked in after me had their order completed first. They forgot the sour cream for my order. The floor was really dirty and slippery. I slipped and almost fell.
Stopped on a road trip here. The customer service was ok, the food smelled amazing, the price was decent. When I bit into the burrito the rice was cold and it threw off the whole burrito. I read other people have said this about othe locations as well so maybe it's a company decision, but for me personally I did not enjoy the confusion this added to my mouth. I personally would choose a different resteraunt if passing threw here again.
Food was great. We got there at 12pm, which was peak rush time. But we got our food very quickly despite that. The line moved so quickly. Our food was served wonderfully. My only complaint was the actual infrastructure of the building. One of the windows had a suspicious looking hole which shattered the outside of it, who knows how long it had been there.
