Got the 50 tailgate pack for a party and every tender was a good as they come in smaller batches. They clearly care about quality and consistency.

I love the food here it’s always so good! I wish they would come out with a spicy menu though!!

The food is great and the atmosphere is awesome for a fast food dine-in meal. The guy at the counter taking orders was not too friendly, but he got the job done. He saw us waiting to ask for to go boxes and ignored us...but maybe he was having an off night and the rest of the staff was on the ball, but he was the one who dealt with customers.

Fairly certain the oil has never been changed at this location.Food smelled and tasted like old burnt oil. The guy at the window didn't ever bother to say hello just shoved food out.

I needed to update my review of 5 years, and I think it's a good time to do so. Over the last visits spanning months, there has been a wide variety of food quality at this specific location.

The most recent times have been very underwhelming, and I have faced food that is not cooked fresh and worse, just not good food as before.

I've been going to this location for five years, and it's just obvious. The fries lately are just soft, with no crispiness to them at all. The chicken looks almost soggy like it's been sitting around when you would get a to go order that would steam itself in its container.

This is even when ordering as I stated all above.

The other problem is randomly over many visits spanning months, the place can be extremely loud and a freeze box. Other times, it can be completely normal with volume and a normal temperature. It just makes dining there extremely frustrating, but then again, taking an order to go order going through the drive-through is even more frustrating because it'll ruin the order by making everything soggy.
