Great staff very friendly and we got our food super quick. I had the mushroom Swiss burger and it was one of the best fast food burgers I've had in a while. If you should order a side would definitely go for the onion rings, I'm not a big fan but they were very tasty. And It's very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

We recently moved to NE from out of state and were pretty excited to try Runza. Boy was I disappointed. We spent $80 and when we drove up, one of the root beers we ordered was missing. Easy fix and they fixed it. We got home and we found that one of the burgers was incorrect, another burger was missing lettuce that was added on, and they forgot to give BBQ sauce for my kids popcorn chicken . The onion rings lacked any flavor whatsoever and my mushroom Swiss Runza was already getting soggy before we left the parking lot. All I can say is that I hope this was an off day because first impressions really set the tone and this first impression failed.

We order $40 worth of food and they forgot two burgers and a fry so we pull around and go inside. They realized they messed up the order so they said they would remake the whole order. This was great because it took so long that the first order we were given was cold. The Dr Pepper was flat too so they changed it out and gave us two new ones. Get all the way home with our new food and all of the cheeseburgers are lukewarm, greasy, and smashed. The buns were just a mushy mess. All 4 of them. It was probably the worst Runza we’ve ever had. I don’t know what happened but if that’s the new standard we won’t be back. I’m glad they offered to remake it but it really seemed like they actually just gave us what they forgot to the first time and never remade anything.

If you don't go right at noon or 5:30 pm fries are always old unless you ask and wait for new. Today ordered chicken strip meal with iced tea and runza meal with iced tea. Got 2 runza meals (not the type of runza ordered) with Dr Pepper. Not driving back to get the correct food. Grandson eating Runza. I'm having PB & J sandwich.
Was the only person inside eating but the staff was really nice and patient. Haven’t ever had runza before so I can’t compare but it was a nice experience when moving to Nebraska!

Food was really good, I got a recommendation to try this out when I was in Nebraska since we dont have Runza in California. Service was ok, food was fast and it tasted pretty good. I do recommend specially if you are from somewhere else.. I have only seen these in Nebraska so far.
