On the few occasions I've gone to this location my runzas were dependably undercooked, and the last trip my fries were so undercooked that they were still white and completely soggy with no crispness whatsoever. It took 10 minutes in the air fryer to finish them. The wonderful and friendly service is the only thing keeping it from 1 star. Don't understand why I don't run into this at the south location.

We had a very large order and they nailed it! It was all very organized and great quality. The employees were so kind. Most places get an attitude when there are larger orders. The staff was so accommodating and were grateful for the business. I was offered help carrying it all to my car as well. I love the small town generosity and kindness!!
Super busy and still got my order quickly. Kids meal and runza were hot and delicious.

Knocked down the 5 stars to 1 for service cuz the service tonight was terrible! The order was not correct and my wife had to go back and get it fixed. Young people with flippant tudes don't make good employees! Very disappointing!

Service was exceptional unfortunately when my fries got to me they were not hot or warm just cold and old. My friend said hers were warm and the food came out 5 minutes after
