Great staff very friendly and we got our food super quick. I had the mushroom Swiss burger and it was one of the best fast food burgers I've had in a while. If you should order a side would definitely go for the onion rings, I'm not a big fan but they were very tasty. And It's very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

We stopped here passing through Kearney on our way back home and had never tried Runza but heard it was a unique place to try in NE. My girlfriend and I both got upset stomachs from the food and felt pretty miserable for hours after eating whatever is in this food. The restaurant itself was nice and clean and the workers were friendly however after the experience from the food I don't think we will be back.

My first time coming here and I was not disappointed in the quality of your food . The mushroom Swiss burger was the best burger I have ever had in my life . The ranch for the fries was also the best tasting fast food ranch in the world . Too bad I live in Arizona and they don’t have Runzas there . Great customer service too . Have a blessed day 😇

This was my 2nd time trying Runza. Im from out of state and was passing through during a road trip.
You hear lots of good things about Runza but sadly that has not been my experience here.
The staff taking the orders didn't seem all that enthused about the job, wasn't very friendly. I get it, fast food isn't glamorous.
But what bothered me was waiting a very long time for my food, just to see that several items that I paid for were missing. But because we were short on tine and needed to hit the road, I didn't bother going in to make a stink about it or ask for those items.
All-in-all, I probably won't be making the stop at Runza again.
