I’ve waited over a week for a refund in the mail. It was UNK graduation day. Went thru the drive thru. On way back to Home. 2 hour drive. Was over charged for a drink I didn’t receive or ordered. Called manager. He Wanted us to turn around and get a refund. I said that’s ridiculous. It could have been taken care of before even driving away. He then took our name and address after being extremely rude and said he would send us a refund. I knew he wasn’t going to follow through on his offer. This sort of thing had happened before with Runza. And they act like the customer is wrong. No integrity . Rude. Blatant thievery. Clean up your act Runza..

I had a good experience here overall. The service was pleasant and efficient, and everything moved quickly even during a busy period. The dining area is large with plenty of seating, which made it easy to find a place to sit without feeling crowded.
The restroom was mostly clean, which I always appreciate when traveling. Another big plus is the convenient location right by a Tesla Supercharger, making it an easy and practical stop if you need to charge and grab a bite at the same time.
A solid, reliable option with friendly service and good convenience.

Great staff very friendly and we got our food super quick. I had the mushroom Swiss burger and it was one of the best fast food burgers I've had in a while. If you should order a side would definitely go for the onion rings, I'm not a big fan but they were very tasty. And It's very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Tried our first Runza sandwich at the location at 815 2nd Ave E in Kearney today. It was excellent and so was the service. Cameron waited on us and provided amazing service. He’s a great employee and proud of the product he sells. It’s nice to see that! Kudos 🙌

We stopped here passing through Kearney on our way back home and had never tried Runza but heard it was a unique place to try in NE. My girlfriend and I both got upset stomachs from the food and felt pretty miserable for hours after eating whatever is in this food. The restaurant itself was nice and clean and the workers were friendly however after the experience from the food I don't think we will be back.
