I did not catch the sweet ladies name who helped us order on Tuesday, July 25th. but she was so kind and helpful. We got the brisket and ribs.....it was absolutely amazing! Some of the best bbq I've had in NE. Thank you!
Pulled Pork sandwich was juicy and smoked well. If you like a mustard base sauce, it is solid!Mac n cheese was creamy and unique. Will definitely add to my stop during my travels across Nebraska.

The burnt ends were super, and the ribs were good. Had the brisket slices as well, and I wasn't disappointed at all. They didn't punch you in the face with rub! But the smoke flavoring was really great. The sauces are fantastic. Go for the mustard Carolina sauce or the raspberry Chipotle.
The beans and funeral potatoes were really a nice side option for the meal.
