I’m not a person who typically leaves reviews, we ordered through DoorDash, which said that it was preferred by the restaurant owner. DoorDash had extremely inaccurate descriptions of the dishes. When we went back to talk to the restaurant, the manager wouldn’t even come across the restaurant to talk to us. We were less interested in getting a different dish and more interested in making sure the problem was corrected for others, but time wasn’t even taken to listen to the issue. He yelled across the restaurant that there’s nothing that he could do. When we tried to explain the issue so that it could be fixed he again yelled across the restaurant that there was nothing he could do, terrible customer service, unwilling to even listen to customers.

Sakura stands out as one of the cleanest dining spots in our community. The staff is clearly dedicated to maintaining a spotless environment and ensuring a positive experience for every customer. They are also impressively fast, serving up fresh and delicious food every time.

This place has delicious food! If you are ever in Kearney and looking for Teriyaki and straight forward sushi, this is the spot to try! The staff are super nice and deserve our praise for the hard work and love they put into their food! Sakura, great job! Looking forward to coming back!
