The lady that took our order rushed us through our order and cut us off before we were even done ordering. We had to buzz her back and tell her we weren't done and she was irritated and then told us to buzz us back because we were taking too long. When we did buzz back, a different person picked up our order and we tried to tell him we had one started but then only finished taking our order and cut us off when we tried tellinf him that wasnt our completed order. They were incredibly impatient and nonprofessional.

Loved how the breakfast burritos legit had no sausage in them I unrolled mine to find 3 pieces of meat and if it was a one time deal I wouldn’t complain but three times is ridiculous and not an accident, highly recommend somewhere else unless you like egg and cheese burritos lol

I was in the drive thru @14:36 on 11/26/24 for happy hour drinks after long day shopping , the girl who answered the intercom system was extremely rude , she answered with a "next" not a welcome not a happy personality at all , I ordered 2 route it's coke zero with diet cherry syrup and add real cherries , she came back at me with "you want what now ? And what added ? " was not listening to anything I said , I repeated the same and said thank you , while waiting in line there was a employee that had delivered a order to the east side pull in and she was not smiling had a very sour look on her face I'm not saying she was the one who took my order but when I got to the window there was a nice red headed beard guy that was pleasant , if this gal didn't want to be here then she should go home ...

Refuse to let me pay with apple pay and when i asked why i was answered with "you can have your food or not." Management here is garbage. They need to be put in their place by district and upper level management PERIOD. This is unacceptable. I should NEVER have been treated this way.

Last 2 times I was here they did not put sweet cream in my drink. If I wanted plain sprite I would order plain sprite. Also forgot my 3 sides of ranch.
