Starbucks, south of Grand Island NE on Hwy 281. This young lady was THE SWEETEST, most politte young lady, I've seen in a VERY long time. AMAZING WORK!! My German Shepherd, Meister, agrees!! ❤️

Zenith Eats

Went in for my mango dragon fruit like always, and was greeted with some of the best customer service I've seen in a while. The lady named Lilly was friendly and full of smiles. The other lady, Faith, was very kind as well. I definitely suggest coming to this starbucks!

When you walk into the store and employees by the name of Ashley and Morgan are yelling at the other employees, it is absolutely heartbreaking and disgusting. I’ve had terrible customer service with employees named Noah and Maddy as well. One time I had an issue with my drink and told Maddy it wasn’t made right. She just told me”sorry” and walked away. I’ll take my business elsewhere since this is how this store operates. Very very rude people and I don’t want to waste anymore money on a drink I have to throw away. I’ll go to the south store.

I can make the same drinks for about $1 all I'm paying for is the convenience and name. Seriously overpriced won't recommend it anymore.

I am visiting Kearney and went inside for my drink; ordered after a few minutes wait while they stocked/prepared food. I was not
greeted, waited and waited and waited and waited and waited, my ride came in 15 minutes later to check on me and the girl said we are backed up. Left without my drink and a lose of $7.51.

They used to be good, efficient, and nice to customers. There are a couple that are pleasant and give a good customer experience, but the others are horrible! I live closer to this store but I'm happy to drive to the south store everyday.

BAD SERVICE! So disappointed The barista was very rude maybe because I went 15 mins before closing she didn’t even greet me she didn’t even tell us r drink r ready and just placed them on the counter I was only person inside the store then I tried to get her attention and asks may I get a cup with ice please and she just rolled her eyes and I told her my first time being here and this is how I get treated and didn’t say a word to me

My breakfast sandwich was delicious as was my coffee. My daughter and niece loved their drinks as well. The employees were kind and quick.This is a great Starbucks.

Turn down the music!!!When your staff can’t hear to get an order correct the music is too loud.A hot mocha and hot white chocolate mocha do not equal two matcha Frappuccino’s.
