Took awhile to get my drink because there was a large group but that wasn’t the problem. The girl handling my drinks was kind of rude. I asked for a drink holder and she tossed it over the counter at me instead of just handing it to me and when I said thank you she replied with “yeah”. Other than that everyone was very friendly.

I had a super rude barista named Morgan at the window today (8/9) who yelled at me for not stopping at order display when I had a mobile order. It was my first time mobile ordering ever, and I didn't expect to get treated so poorly. This girl definitely needs more training on how to talk to customers. ??? I'll happily support local coffeeshops next time and give them my tips instead.

Ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch frap but there was no crunch and also ordered a regular Carmel frappe with no whip topping literally watched this girl put whip on the drink but asked to make sure it was for my order she said yes that’s when I reminded her it was no whip she looked at the sticker then removed the whip. Then girls be in a hurry and look lost ver disappointed

Busy place! Ordered from my phone and ran in to get my drink. No acknowledgment at all.
Closing at 6 p.m.?Constantly.Since covid, this place has closed so many different times frames.It's not dependable.What happened to 8 p.m.

The woman at the windows was polite and quick. The store was it of all the sandwiches except one, and they had no lunch plates. Seems ridiculous to be so low on their inventory.

Traveling with young kids and this was the only place we could find open inside at 5am. The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was fantastic. If I'm ever in Kearny again I will definitely be back!
