worst cold brew i’ve had from a star bucks. ordered the one with sweet scream and they put a drop of cream in it. this is my go to starbucks drink for the past 5 years, and this is the worst one i’ve had.

I went there on vacation for two days in a row. I ordered a salted caramel cold brew with extra cold foam. The barista forgot the salted part, I told her no need to remake it, I will just take it. So day two I ordered the same thing with two waters, the same barista was work and said this time I won’t forget the salt. Not only did she forget the salt they all forget my waters.

Located just off the Crowne Plaza hotel lobby, this Starbucks was very convenient to grab a coffee and then sit in a comfortable chair in the lobby.Friendly staff!

I asked for a grande, non-fat, extrafoamy latte - what did I get - a grande latte - with no-foam at all- Honest to the Lord - they type it on the screen and DO NOT DELIVER IT - I really struggle with paying for items that I did not order - basically very dissappointed.

My wife and I have stopped here a couple of times now for coffee and a snack (plus a pup cup for the pooch!) the service has been great both times and the coffee drinks and cinnamon strudel cake was delicious! Will make this a normal stop anytime we travel west.
