Disappointing Online Order Experience

I’m not sure what the point of ordering online and prepaying is if I still have to wait until the line of every other in-store customer ordering their sandwich 1 ingredient at a time is served before I can take my food that was ready before i walked in the door.

When I arrived at the estimated pickup time, I could clearly see my order behind the counter. Yet, instead of handing it to me, when i asked for my online order I was told to wait until they had finished serving the five other customers standing in line—about 15 minutes—before i had my premade order in hand.

By the time I finally got my food, I can only assume it was once warm. Thanks for the cold sandwiches and waste of time.

Their app is not even trying to authorize payments. When I called to do a pickup order the gal said to uninstall the app and reinstall and if that doesn't work she said to call back and they would take my order. When I called back cause the app is still broken, it took me calling 3 times before they would answer the phone and the guy who answered refused to allow me to order over the phone. Fix your app if your gonna force people to order through it. However I will NEVER spend a time at this location ever again. You lost a customer for life.

The guy working not only messed up my sandwich but when I watched him make my food I ordered a footlong brownie and gave me a footlong cookie I asked for a refund bc he didn’t not consider asking if I wanted it or not I would of picked something else as the foot long cookie aren’t good at all

I constantly go to this subway because it’s right by my work but I cannot remember the last time they got my order right. Maybe it’s my mistake going through the drive through but it shouldn’t be like that. My food is always missing ingredients and condiments and those are the entire reason I come to subway and customize my sandwich so I’m so disappointed when I open my sub and there’s nothing on there and it’s not good. I don’t have the time or energy to go back and get a new one either. They need to pay way more closer attention to people’s orders. sadly, will probably stop going to this location.

How the hell is a sandwich place gonna be out of bread, cheese, and many other things. Absolute clowns. Just shut down at that point. This location has always been nothing but a bad experience. It is worth the drive just to go to the one near the college

Online order is always wrong. Today I went back in to tell them and the employee said that they were out of Italian herbs and cheese bread and that’s why it was wrong, and just to his right one of the other employees was cutting a loaf of Italian herbs and cheese bread for another sandwich he was making. Very frustrating that there wasn’t even any accountability for it being wrong.

Was overcharged for meatballs on my pizza, told the girl the menu price was $1.00 add on and she denied that to be true. Got home and pizza wasn't even cut... Do not recommend this subway.

Ordered ahead of time, asked for toasted subs didn't do thst. No seasonings, no mayo on 1. Guy was rude when I came thru the drive thru to pick up order. Guy acted like he didn't even want to be there even when I grabbed the bag 3 footlongs where shoved into, why they weren't warm as they should have been. He slammed the window shut. Flatbread tasted stale and old, lettuce was brown. Everything was thrown on the subs. Tried calling but it would be picked up and I when asked to speak to manager be hung up on and it just kept having busy signal after that. Horrible service. I know it can be hard to work in food industry but you got to listen to guests when they ask simple question.

Horrible customer service. This is the second time I have been to this Subway where nobody has greeted me when I walked in the door. Nobody was even at the front, behind the register. I waited for 5 minutes. Still, nobody came to the front. Meanwhile, I can hear somebody in the back washing dishes or running water. I’m not sure if they can’t hear the bell back there or what, but this the second time it has happened within the past week. It took me saying “Hello!? Can somebody take my order?” It still took a long minute before somebody finally walked to the front. The employee seemed very annoyed that he had to take my order. I will not be coming back.

waited 40 minutes to get my food and to find out it’s been done just sitting on the counter so not only did i wait 40 minutes for my food but my food was ice cold, Never coming back id rather drive an extra 5 minutes to another store than do this again

I used the drive-thru and I'm not familiar with using their ordering kiosk, so it took me a bit to get my order done. Otherwise, the service was good and the sandwich was really good.
