Slowest drive-thru ever. 10-15 minutes per car. Be prepared to wait 30 min to an hour for your food. Not worth the wait. Lane is closed off, so you can't leave after you pull in. Bad bad bad.

DO NOT GO TO THE DRIVe tHrU!! I wish I had read the reviews first. The workers were kind and helpful but unfortunately sitting in the drive thru 30 minutes before even ordering and another 30 minutes to get our food was ridiculous. An hour. . . In a drive thru!! I now see why they built the drive thru with no way to escape the line and go somewhere else. Once you pull in you are stuck unless you want to jump a curb. That’s the only way anyone would sit there for AN HOUR for drive thru!! 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️

Total garbage service. I waited over 40 minutes for 5 tacos and a soda. Employees were rude, food was very poorly made, the taco meat was old and hard. This was the case for all the other customers dining in tonight. Please TACO BELL FIX THIS GARBAGE SERVICE!!!!

If i could've given no stars I would have. Well first off I waited in drive thru for over an hour. When I got to the window the lady was to busy talking to help her staff. And really didn't have any remorse for me waiting in line that way. My total was 15 bucks. I waisted more than tha6 in gas. I will advertise for this taco bell and won't come back. That was not fast food and if I was you I would be so ashamed to have them as my staff...

1 hour to get food, kitchen reeks of marijuana, employees are incompetent, got food poisoning. Taco bell you just lost a valuable costumer.
Be careful of doing drive thru, there is no pull out so when your in line you're stuck. Took about 25 minutes from when I pulled up till leaving.

Ordered delivery through the Taco Bell app for my family. They forgot a third of the items. I called in to have the food sent out. They refused to send the items, tried to give me a ten dollar off coupon for my next order, which didn’t even cover the cost of the food they failed to deliver. They then promised to reach out to refund it the next day when the manager came in. Obviously, that never happened. 0 out of 10. Would not recommend.

I didn't ask for a lot of complicated things, a couple plain Doritos locos tacos for my 9 year old and a couple bean burritos with extra onions, cheese, and red sauce for myself. Everything else I ordered was normal per the menu, this is the second time I've tried to order just bean burritos with extra onion, red sauce, and cheese, I know it's possible and has been for over twenty years, but this is the second time this location has given me the plainest bean burritos ever.

Opening the door to this Taco Bell, I wasn't expecting much. Drap dining area, a couple rough servers & one representative piercing suspiciously but the music playing was quite lovely at just the right volume for a eatery. However once I got my order I was pleasantly surprised. Good tasting fresh flavorful food albeit my taco could have been warmer. I like this Kearney Taco Bell. No it's not perfect... could use some improvements but it is now my 2nd favorite Taco Bell in Nebraska just behind my beloved O st Taco Bell in Lincoln🔔

I went to this taco bell alongside my niece. When we entered the building, we were greeted by stares of disapproval. We ordered our food at the kiosk and waited and hour and a half for our food. There was nobody else there. When we finally received our order, there were a few things worth noting. A.) We didn't receive one of the crunchwraps we ordered and B.) There was a phone number in my nieces bag. She is 13. I sincerely hope taco bell takes the steps needed to alleviate this issue. I love a good gordita, but I'll be going to the north location from here on out.
