I've had multiple bad experiences with this location. The food is usually okay, if you can receive it before it gets cold. I don't know if the problem is management or I've just always tried to get food from there when the employees are having a rough night. Either way, tonight I got so frustrated I cried and will never return to this location again.

This was the worst experience, I had to go back In the store three times to somewhat get what I ordered and I am just very unhappy with my order and service I received. I waited 35 minutes just to get my food and having to go back in multiple times just not worth going back to this location.

The cashier had trouble with the receipt paper and after we waited 10 minutes for our food, we checked on it. Our order never made it into the system. Waited too long. The manager gave us coupons for free meals next time.

I live in a town where I’m never around Taco Bell so I was excited when Kearney ne had one, but they forgot my crunch wrap, the food was cold, the taco shells where broken and overall terrible terrible experience. I’ll never be back.
When it comes to atmosphere I think Taco Bell can do a lot better I think also the food is great when it's good and it's horrible and it's bad and God for some reason it's always just Taco Bell when it comes to the lettuce and tomato portion and it is absolutely

The tacos were greasy and soggy especially the hardshells as they were no longer "hard" shells. And we ordered two boxes of the craving specials, which are normally in a box, but weren't. Which would be okay whatever, but they were thrown in a messy manner which had made the bottom burritos/tacos all the more soggy. I personally wouldn't recommend this particular location.
Wanted to eat in but they said they were not going to open the doors and it was almost 11:00 a.m.
