Employee on food line was too busy worrying about her boyfriend in the dining area. We ordered at the kiosk, did not get a receipt, but was shorted an order of the crunch wrap sliders and had to ask for my drinks. Another employee asked me what I ordered for drinks I said the new Baja blast frozen flavor large and my husband had a large fountain drink. He replied he has blue raspberry or Baja blast. It was sad because we hadn't had Taco Bell in a long time.

This particular taco bell lacks good service! Stood at register for 15 minutes with them just staring at me like spacebrains. Took almost an hour to get my order from the moment I walked in. Again terrible and slow service. Can't emphasize how pathetic customer service is at this Branch. Ordered through the app, arrived 20 minutes later and they hadn't even started to make it, sat another 20 minutes waiting for my food. PATHETIC!!!!

Tasty and wonderful! My friends came by and the staff were patient and kind. The food was good quality.
Avoid this place at all cost. We got our food and there was a whole live German cockroach in our bage of food. Got home took the food out the this thing was running faster than Usan Bolt. We just visiting but this place can keep the $36.23 we spent on the food. I will never ever ever in my life eat at another Taco Bell.
I go through the drive pretty regularly as it's close to where I work they are always quick and kind and have great customer service no matter how busy theu are. 5/5
