The male person running the drive thru microphone was very rude and impatient with an angered tone and attitude. That’s the last thing anybody wants to hear while trying to order food for their family and children.

Stopped by to get a quick lunch. Long line outside. Absolutely no access to inside. So decided to lunch elsewhere.

This is a great taco bell location. The food is up to standard and is good. I have never gotten sick from this location which is amazing and shows the cleanliness in my opinion. I do also enjoy the aesthetic of the building. The staff are great also and handle huge rushes calmly and effectivley. During rushes they do stop taking orders at the counter and have customers use the kiosks which I find to be ok but older people might struggle especially if they are not very tech savvy. I have seen exceptions though where a staff member will help a customer order if they need it which is great. The wait times can be pretty rough and the lobby is extremely small. I do not get claustrophobic but that could be an issue for some people. Overall I really like this location and think it is a good taco bell.

Just ordered food on Uber eats was supposed to get a double decker taco Supreme but got a regular one after I paid for the Supreme and how is it that my food was cold when it got to me its a 10 min drive from there to where I'm at I do not recommend this taco bell just go to the one on 2nd Ave and they will give you good food

Employee on food line was too busy worrying about her boyfriend in the dining area. We ordered at the kiosk, did not get a receipt, but was shorted an order of the crunch wrap sliders and had to ask for my drinks. Another employee asked me what I ordered for drinks I said the new Baja blast frozen flavor large and my husband had a large fountain drink. He replied he has blue raspberry or Baja blast. It was sad because we hadn't had Taco Bell in a long time.

This particular taco bell lacks good service! Stood at register for 15 minutes with them just staring at me like spacebrains. Took almost an hour to get my order from the moment I walked in. Again terrible and slow service. Can't emphasize how pathetic customer service is at this Branch. Ordered through the app, arrived 20 minutes later and they hadn't even started to make it, sat another 20 minutes waiting for my food. PATHETIC!!!!
