Gave me food poisoning

Was very upset with our experience today, especially since we normally don't have issues here. Today was just awful, waited several minutes to be waited on, then when we were waited on had to tell the cashier 2 different times what I would like to remove from my food and my food was still made incorrectly so had to send it back to be fixed. The highchair was absolutely filthy amd had no straps so we had to sit our child on the seat beside us which didn't work. The staff working didn't seem to care at all about things going on in the store. While we waited for our food a gentleman came in I'm guessing that had gone through the drive thru n was clearly upset because his food was messed up as well and again I say the staff didn't seem to care they seemed more annoyed by the fact that they had to fix it make things right.

Ordered breakfast this morning and Danielle A and im assuming her manager were completely unprofessional telling us that we didn't Order what we ordered and then yelled welp it's Monday do better at training please We will not return here again with that behavior I will be contacting the owner.

Funny how it says doesn't close until 11 yet was closed at 1030. If you changed the time u should change it on the sight

I had an awful experience at Taco John’s that I can’t ignore. While I was trying to enjoy my meal in the parking lot, one of the employees, who looked completely unhygienic and dirty, kept glaring at me from the window, looking more like a menace than a staff member. Then, to top it off, he went to lock up his beat-up 2002 Nissan Altima—no plates, no dealer tags, just sketchy. Im just trying to eat. Its shocking that a place like this allows such unprofessional behavior. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values their peace of mind.

Make sure your food is correct before driving home. Specifically asked for the taco with only meat and cheese and all of them had lettuce. My kids won’t eat lettuce so just wasted $60 for food they won’t eat. The cashier was super friendly though but how hard is it to make sure and order is right???

The nice cashier saw our pooch in the back and made him a "pup cup" with some oles and chicken! That was very nice! Our dog says says thank you!

Ate here three times. The first time, the tortilla chips were stale, so I brought them back and they gave me new ones. The second time, I ordered breakfast but they substituted something for what I originally ordered, without any dialogue. I didn't bring it back because it still tasted fine. The third/final time, I ordered online and I came before the store closed at 10 pm. No one was at the window. The employee was hiding in the kitchen behind some counters. I saw them looking up as I left, to see if I was gone, as I circled around the store to get back to the street. Came back the following day to get the order. I emailed corporate letting them know.

Meat and potato burrito... Ask for no lettuce and tomato and got this with extra lettuce and tomato with an old tortilla and the potato ole's were old as well! When a company is scared to fire employees for poor everything they will soon start loosing customers and shut a location down. Dear CEO fix your workers!
