I was in town for work and our group happened upon The Toasted Goat. We shared the pretzel app (that mustard was amazing) and the fried Mac and Cheese (incredible!). I had the Jonny Popper sandwich and the roasted pepper Gouda soup. The bread was so perfect and soft, everything about the sandwich worked. The soup was also delicious. Now I’m going to need a location in Omaha please! 😀

Passing through town, my husband and I wanted a quick sandwich and we came across Toasty Goat. We went inside and it was a cool bar type place that serves a wide variety of sandwiches. We put a to-go order in and it came out in less than 10 min. The bread is amazing, the sandwhich was fantastic. We would definitely recommend!

Exhausted and wanting to kick back in our hotel room, we ordered 2 sandwiches to go. Bartender was super, order didn't take long to receive, and the sandwiches were amazing, totally a meal in themselves.
The bartender spent a lot of time visiting before stopping to take an order. Considering the only way you can order is at the bar, maybe not so much chitchat. I had the John Hopper pulled pork and it was delicious. I would give it five stars except that there was only meat on about half the bread it was served on and it was a very thin small amount. Basically paid full price for the equivalent of half a sandwich.
