I went to Walmart a minute ago and I had two items on hold for me and I had to explain 4 times for them to understand what I was saying and they were being very rude to me after they got them items and the employee was named Sheila and she was commenting on my accent saying something about me being Mexican

Store staff don't know what is going on in their store. You go to customer service desk then the one person that works there is on lunch and there is nobody else to help you. Now you need to wait for an hour before being helped.....

This might be my first negative review, and for sure my worst customer service experience. Employee in subway at the Walmart location in Kearney completely and utterly over reacted when I asked to get a new cup because the watermelon agua frescas was spoiled. She told me to rinse my cup out and refill. After I told her I had already thrown the cup away she said I needed to pay for a new cup which I agreed to after I told her the water tasted terrible. She went ahead called someone to from Walmart to have them kicky us out and acted like we yelled at her which is a complete lie. She should not be working in customer service and if we ever see her working we will make sure to avoid subway. The gentleman who came over from Walmart was very courteous and understanding and let us eat our food.
It has everything, and for a good price. The employees are friendly and helpful.

I love that a lot of the same people have worked here for a long time, they are always helpful, great customer service. The pharmacy is top notch, they’ve gone above and beyond to help with issues I’ve had that other pharmacies would never do. You feel seen and like you matter, not just another number.

Unfortunately as with a lot of Walmarts around the state of Nebraska the employees working in the cosmetics area were lazy unhelpful and your front end staff member at the registers was more interested in high-fiving her co-workers and talking about what she was going to do that night then helping customers at the self checkout registers
