Ordered 3 of the $8 biggie bags because me and 2 others have been cleaning out a garage for 5hrs. Our drinks were all flat, we were not given our nuggets, and after paying we were not given the card used back. We were all tierd and not fully there in the moment so we parked to make sure one of the sandwiches were made right. They brought the card out luckily enough. This is the 5th time in a row mine and others with me have had their food messed up. This was the first time ive been in a year and will be my last, to many times have my food been messed up in a row. Even though my group was often the only one in line.

I got charged for ranch? Like what? And my service wasn’t the best but I will say. The lady that took our order was amazing!!!! Definitely give her a raise! But the guy pretty sure he was a manager was a wee bit rude and brash.

Food was great, staff was great but the atmosphere took a huge nose dive when they renovated the lobby. Its lifeless, empty and very cheap. Not enough booth seatings and the ones that are available are a bit of a tight squeeze.
Parking: Good parking space but lots of potholes everywhere.
Chili isn't like it used to be. Ceiling grates are very dirty.
Parking: The parking lot is in very poor condition needs redone and light pole is dangerously close to falling down.

At the Kearney north location, ordered inside to go. Waited 10 min to order, then waited 20 minutes for food. As we stood their waiting for our food, we watched on guy rotate sandwiches from one tray to another 3 times trying to figure out what sandwich went where. Then watched him take my wife's chicken nuggets to moved it to a different tray, and a nugget dropped out and he took his bare hands to grab it and put it back in the container. After getting home, all 3 of our sandwiches was not correct! Very frustrating especially when we live miles outside of Kearney. Not impressed with service and attention to detail. Especially dropping over $30 for only getting our fries correct and nuggets not properly placed.

I went in for a cup of coffee at 11:00 a.m. . 0 coffee nobody knew where it was. I ordered chili nuggets and a frosty. To go. Chilly did not taste. Good and was not hot. There were absolutely zero napkins in the bags
