I was recently a customer at this Wendy's store. I had screwed up the order and not only was the manager and employee super polite and patient with me and my wife they also changed our order, had it hot and fresh, and it was so good. I was so impressed with how I was treated at this store and hope this review gets forwarded to top. I do not know their names but it was Saturday, July 26th. Arby's and McDonalds goodbye. We our now Wendy's faithfuls. Thank You Kearney South Wendy's. Great Job!!

I ordered a chicken sandwich. The patty was about like a smash burger in size! Not only has the price gone up but you take away the size of the chicken! Rediculous! Won’t be returning to Wendy’s ! Greedy sobs Also fries were cold as usual! Do better Wendy’s! Do better!

The food was fine, but it was so cold in the dining room that our food got cold before we could finish eating it. Cold fries are gross! I saw a thermometer on the wall & it said 56°. What's up with that?

Rather than getting a Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe, I got a dry patty in a bun with no toppings. They gave me sweetener for my tea instead of sugar and completely forgot the lemon as well as ice. What kind of iced tea doesn't have ice? The only thing they got right was the Nuggets, which isn't surprising seeing as they only need to be heated up. Never before have I had an order come out so terribly from a Wendy's. Truly, this location is incompetent.

I ordered a fairly large drive-thru order this morning. Typically on an order this size, I expect something to be wrong whenever you order through a drive-thru. However, they had everything exactly correct and out the window in a timely manner! Both the lady taking the order and manager were incredibly friendly and even apologized for the wait, even though it wasn't very long considering the order size.

We were in on September 4th at 3 p.m. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Every single table was dirty and the whole floor was sticky everywhere you walked. The fries tasted like they were sitting in the warmer for hours. Absolutely gross.
