I was recently a customer at this Wendy's store. I had screwed up the order and not only was the manager and employee super polite and patient with me and my wife they also changed our order, had it hot and fresh, and it was so good. I was so impressed with how I was treated at this store and hope this review gets forwarded to top. I do not know their names but it was Saturday, July 26th. Arby's and McDonalds goodbye. We our now Wendy's faithfuls. Thank You...
I ordered a fairly large drive-thru order this morning. Typically on an order this size, I expect something to be wrong whenever you order through a drive-thru. However, they had everything exactly correct and out the window in a timely manner! Both the lady taking the order and manager were incredibly friendly and even apologized for the wait, even though it wasn't very long considering the order size.
I went through the drive-thru. The first experience was okay. The employee did listen to what was asked for on my sandwich, and the fries were cool. The second time was great. The drive-thru person read back what I wanted, and the food was hot. I am here on a business trip, and I do not always have time to go back to have my order fixed, but I worked through it. May need to fix your outside screen so patrons can see what was placed in the order.
