Ordered a pizza and salad....no problem except there were no plates, forks or napkins. We travel all over...first time having no utensils. Last order was in Wakenny Ka 2 wks ago..perfect same order. I called and was put on hold for over 5 minutes then I called back in a few minutes, delivery guy said oh I can bring some in a bit...said no

The restaurant itself could definitely use some upgrades; severely, tragically outdated & worn out appearance (floors to ceiling & everywhere in between).May draw more customers and more staff if they had pride in the business they are employed!

Not sure why but it seems like the Pizza Hut chains don’t seem to put much effort into keeping a clean and tidy eating area for customers.
