I ordered tickets online the week before the movie. As I was getting ready to go, I realized I had selected Saturday the 14th instead of Sunday the 15th — a simple date mix-up on my end. I emailed or left a message online for the theater on Sunday when we noticed, but I never heard back. The next day, I had to call them only to be told, "Sorry, but we can't do anything." I love the food and atmosphere, but after recently learning that the wait staff does not get the 18% service charge, that it is, in fact, separate, has left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm never going back. Treat your staff right, you thieves.
