I had a really disappointing experience at this Burger King. They got my order wrong, and when I called to let them know, the store manager Maria hung up on me. When I called back, she denied it and said there was nothing she could do other than take my name for a future visit. I was already 15 miles away and don’t get much time for lunch — I couldn’t just turn around. She showed no concern or willingness to help. Very poor customer service.

The crew here provided excellent serviceable superb follow-up service. The food was served hot, fresh, and delicious. Even though there was a rude customer giving the staff grief and making a mountain out of a mole hill, the management was polite, courteous, and professional. I was about to step in and shut the customer down on his behalf. I had my two boys and one of their friends with me. It went south quickly, but the staff's professionalism diffused it quickly and qldiscreey. I tip my hat to this amazing team. DA Bear

Probably one of the worst Burger King locations I've ever been to. Order is frequently incorrect and I often pull up and the drive through says it's closed before a person asks what I want. I don't know how they keep their franchisee license.

It took over half an hour to get my food because the kept forgot the order and when I reached out to customer service the where no help. I advise never going to this locate as it seems they don't think it's an issue to wait over half a hour for food.
