I don't know why corperate managers push for faster drive-through times if that means they get the food out quicker. They should be making EVERYTHING cook to order. Not cooking the meat and let it sit in a warmer. Even with it being in a warmer my burger was cold. But I'm not going to confront anyone because nothing is going to be done about it.

Placed an online order. Gave them my name and told me to pull around. Sat at the window for over 20 min. One staff member came to me to ask if my name was Tyson. Nope. No one came over so I called the store from my car. Had to call twice because no one answered the phone. Manager answered the 2 one time and brought my order. It was cold. Called national and they offered me a $5 coupon. Wow. I spent over $15 and got cold food. I told them to keep the dumb $5. What a joke!

By far the best burger king in the Omaha area!! Consistent great food quality and attention to detail!! Consistent great service!! Drive through or dine in!! I eat here weekly. They set a high bar to compare burger king amongst themselves. Great savings on their app! Definitely worth checking out.

Food is pretty good the prices are ridiculous if you don't have the app and if you also want to spend half your evening waiting in the Drive-Thru line for the food then I would say go to this Burger King

Burger King definitely isn't one of my favorite places to eat but it's not bad if you're in a pinch and need to eat something quickly or there's nothing else open. My husband likes the spicy chicken sandwich but I like the whoppers. The fries are pretty good and I always get a frozen coke. The Hershey pie is really good too for a sweet treat after eating.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Burger King. They got my order wrong, and when I called to let them know, the store manager Maria hung up on me. When I called back, she denied it and said there was nothing she could do other than take my name for a future visit. I was already 15 miles away and don’t get much time for lunch — I couldn’t just turn around. She showed no concern or willingness to help. Very poor customer service.
