The food was amazing. I have been looking for a new favorite burger place since my old one shut down four years ago, and Charred is it. Many places can fry up a burger, the talented can make their burger taste better, and the truly inspired understand that a balance of flavors in each bite changes a staple food into a mouth-watering piece of art. Charred is one of those truly inspired restaurants.

Generally don't ever leave reviews but waited for 1 hour and food never showed up. Saw multiple tables be seated and served as we continued to wait. Had to give up after 1 hour to make it to sons soccer game. 2 burgers and 2 kids grilled cheese should never take over an hour.... waiter never showed back up after initial interaction either.

I don't remember her name but our waitress was great. She had reddish hair and glasses. My buddy and I take our daughters out together at least once a month. Charred burger is always a hit. Thank you for making our visit great!

This particular location isn't the greatest. The server was very friendly and nice. As for the food, eye lash on my burger plate, was grossed out but got over it. Couldn't finish my burger, there was a ton of pink. Maybe they cook medium and I should have asked. No issues related to the food at the Lincoln and Pacific locations.

Our waitress acted like a used car salesman. When we went to pay our bill, she clicked the 25% tip and handed it to me how awkward and inappropriate. This was one of our favorite places and now I don’t think I’ll ever come back. It’s awful. It’s loud and I feel ripped off.

Slop! Absolutely disgusting! You spend $60 for this?!! My order was completely messed up! I called and asked for certain things not to be on my burgers and they disregarded all of my requests. I will be calling the GM and corporate. Don't eat here! It's a complete waste of money!

August 2025: Not sure why this place doesn't get higher ratings. Food was very good. My classic burger was cooked perfectly. Onion rings and fries were delicious.
Service was friendly and attentive. Beer options were not horrible. Had a good local IPA.
Would definitely come back again. Hope more people rate this place higher because it deserves like a 4.5+ rating.
Excellent to go burgers and fries. Great glass of beer while they grilled it up. Fun chat with the hostess and bartender. Will definitely be back. Thanks. Prepare for a strange parking lot. ;-)
