Was a good place to eat. We enjoyed our service and food was good.
Wonderful staff, apps were good, clean bathrooms. Overall, it was a good experience.

Was just here the place wasnt busy at all. Every waitress walked by our table for 10 minutes we sat there never acknowledged, greeted, even brought water. After the waitress helped the booth behind us and still didnt aknowledge our table my fiance, our daughter, and myself decided we would go accross the street to godfathers buffet.

There were five guests waiting for their food in the takeout area. A waitress and brought out all the bags at one time and started calling off names. I live in La Vista, so I'm not far from Chili's I got home and Food was cold, steak was dry. Not happy at all. #disappointed

Thw service was good. The place is a normal chili's but set up crowded. The food wasnt great. The salmon was dry and came out with nothing on top like advertised and it was bland.

Ordered a meal to-go. All of it was over seasoned and inedible. The staff was very friendly and the establishment seemed well maintained.

Ordered a bloody mary and a Bourbon and coke to start. The bloody mary had a splash (and that's generous) of vodka in a full glass of tomato juice. The Bourbon and coke was a flat coke with no Bourbon. Do not recommend.

It's so sad that Chili's, a great restaurant, has the works curbside staff ever. I standed for a long time waiting to be noticed, and the crew was having a fun conversation while leaving me there. After some time, an enployee came out of the kitchen area asking if I needed help. NOOOOOOOO!!! I am just getting some air. Duh!!!! The staff from the bar didn't even look at my direccion to at least notify someone. Disgusting service when it's curbside.

Food was very good. I loved how big the booths were it for the whole family. The server seemed a little annoyed it was our first time here and didn’t like answering our questions about the menu and never refilled the bottomless chips kinda disappointing but still a good time.

They didn't have the drinks working which we didn't know u tul after we ordered. Then when asked to take it off our bill we were told that it would increase our charge even though we were receiving less goods. Additionally, our waitress forgot our appetizers so what was supposed to be a 10.99 +tax+tip meal ended up being over 16 dollars+tax+tip because of their incompetence. On top of this our waitress decided to have her "friend/colleague" at the table across from us who would stare at us throughout the meal and relay any thing my table privately talked about regarding the overall service to our waitress who then boldy confronted us about it after our meal. Overall, very strange experience. The 1/3 of my order that I did receive tasted fine.

Service exceeded our expectations. Food was superb. We enjoyed our dinner. The Patio chairs are something to be desired. At 6'2 and 320lbs, I carry mnerwnner well but the chairs are somewhat restricted and uncomfortable. The entrance is not well maked and if you aren't familiar with the LaVista location, you might end up walking around the entire bldg.

Just had a great experience here. We had a lot of fun with Brittany who offered choices beyond what we were expecting or asked for. It’s been YEARS since I experienced this level of service dining out. I never ask to speak to a manager but tonight I did to commend her on the service we received. We will definitely be back!
