Came here for a double date we paid seperate tabs and the waitress seemed like she was mad we both wanted to pay cash ! We handed her 45$ our tab was 38 and some change . We threw our receipt at us and asked my friend did she want her change back her tab was $62 and my friend handed her 65$ my friend said no you can keep it . And the waitress said oh wow ! Thats all your giving me for tip ! And made a show and stomped off me and my friends was astonished like what the heck ! Of course that was not her tip ! We were all going to place tip on the table as we left but we were not ready to leave yet ! We all felt very upset about this like we are allowed to leave whatever tip we want based on service provided but this lady dont deserve tip ! We still left her $10 tip each of us even tho she didnt deserve it ! Then we come back a differnt day same waitress ! She did never come us if we wanted refills and she didnt even bring us our food someone else did ! Then as we were leaving she told us your going to have to use the machine i dont have change ! Already starting her ish ! We told her we will give you exact change ! She rolled her eyes and said fine stormed off and never came back ! Just last night we went there again the manager asked her to seat us ! She told the manager No she wont and whispered her something ! She still sat us but the manager sent another waitress who as well treated us subpar ! Never asked us if we wanted refills the manager had to ! ( twice) . Then she never came to check us once again manager did ! When it came to checkout we handed her a $20 tip for her poor performance and service and mentioned to her dont let our poor service waitresses influence you who you mistreat ! I hope the manager does something about christine and the older waitress who always has a pink hair clip bevause they are chasing frequent customers out !

I've eaten here plenty of times and never had an issue. The salsa is simple, which I like, and the chips are warm, thin, and salty. I usually share a rib/tender platter with someone since it's a nice variety and plenty of food.

Finally made it in to the new building which looks pretty nice on the inside but the exterior is a little confusing. The front of the restaurant faces Giles Road and there is no parking in the front. The side parking is all for people who are picking up their to-go orders so you have to park in the lot in front of Starbucks and the front entrance is difficult to find-most people try to enter through the carry-out only door. Not sure why they built it like this. I got carry out today and my cheeseburger was horrible. The patty was overcooked and dry and for some reason was cut in half and the lettuce was wilted.

I hope you are able to try it and recommend to everyone! We walked out even happier than we walked in.Vegetarian options: Fairly good vegetarian options! Aside from the salads they have a black bean patty for burgers, and some additional menu items offer the option to remove meat.

Enjoyable location, great service, wide menu selection, and skinny margaritas!
We took our two families out for a birthday dinner a group of 12. The server was nice but disappeared for long periods of time. As the food started coming out, everyone, but the three smallest kids got their food. 15 minutes later, their food arrived. Then, when the bill came, the server had been told at least twice how to divide it up and they gor it wrong. We tipped the first time, but when we had to pay the add-on, they machine would not let me pay until i tipped the waitress again. So for really bad service, the wait staff was over tipped. So much for being family friendly.

I have not been to this place in a long time so thought to give it a try. The southwest egg rolls for appetizer was good but the burger I ordered was not good at all. It was very dry and frankly tasted a lot more soybeans than beef. The service was OK but we had to wait a long time to get our food after the appetizer. Overall I found the place to be very average.
