I just want to say this is one of the best places I get food for my co-worker who has severe ceciliac disease He's the staff here is so diligent about making sure that there's no cross contamination from changing gloves to washing their hands to using separate trays It is an amazing experience and I honestly can't think the staff enough from the way that they handle everything is an amazing and comforting experience for me and my co-worker if I could give higher than five stars I would

The food was dried out bottem of the barrel only 5. We had to throw our food away because it was so hot and spicy we couldn’t eat it! we didn’t order anything with spice so disappointed

I always order delivery through the app and I can pick with location. I decided to give this one a try since it was new a little closer. The first time I ordered was absolutely disappointing. Whoever makes the burritos needs to learn how to properly fold them. I’ve never had any chipotle burrito fit in one hand to wear my fingers almost wrapped over. Not to mention the portioning was bad even though I asked for double protein. So I decided to give them a second chance maybe it was a rough day. NOPE! Same results so I’ve gone back to ordering from the papillion location.

Lady at the counter serving us was cursing about the rice at me and my girlfriend. She then forgot ingredients we asked for in our bowls. Felt very rushed and they had everything out of the spots for closing but we were there at 8:50? Horrible experience and will not be returning to this location

Did an online order and got a steak quesadilla with fajitas, but the fajitas were missing. The steak tasted bland and was in huge chunks. The side of rice was clumpy and tasted like nothing. The guac tasted like nothing and the chips were soggy in the bag. They also said they had no sour cream for the night and as a former employee that’s a lie because they have sour cream in the walk in. The employee was lazy to go get some considering that when I pulled up to the window they were on their phones.

Third time going to this chipotle and I normally get a salad the first time I went I literally got half the portion size protein then I’ve ever gotten before the scoop wasn’t even full then they wanted to charge me cuz I asked for a little more. I figured I’d give it another shot this time I got a rice bowl and the portion size of the rice she tried to give me didn’t even cover to bottom of the bowl. I asked for more and got a side eye. Then I start eating my food and the rice is undercooked and really hard. Can’t get ahold of anyone at the store to figure something out is ridiculous. It’s like you guys know you’re messing up and just don’t care to hear about it or fix it from customers. Waste of money
