Ice cream is my favorite food. Period. Coldstone has been my favorite place to purchase ice cream for years. However, the last two visits I’ve made to Coldstone have been horrible at best. The facility was fairly clean… sort of. The ice cream portions are 2/3 the size they used to be. No lie. The cups are not even filled to the rim anymore. The service is by far the worst I’ve experienced within ANY business ANYWHERE! “Rude” is the most positive word to use to describe the quality of the service. It is more than obvious that the employees would rather be sticking needles in their own eyes than provide something to customers that is quite literally purchased with disposable income. Due to the service I’ve received lately by Coldstone employees, I’m thinking of changing my favorite foods to broccoli.
The lady working was rude. Will go back the the other location who are kind and make the correct creation asked for.

Sophia served us and was very knowledgeable on what I ordered that is no longer on their menu(mudpiemojo) and even if she didn't hear my husband's order correctly, she fixed it and everything was yummy!

I bought some apples. I thought they had been cut and it wasn’t like that, I told him and the man who was there had a terrible attitude. And he did it, but first he told us. That they shouldn’t do it with a bad attitude and I don’t understand why. The worst thing they can do to a client to receive him with a bad attitude.

Customer service here was amazing!! I love the smells of the waffle cones and staff and the manager are so friendly. Cakes and ice cream and chocolate!! Yes Please!! Apples were PERFECT!!!

Very very unpleasant experience the employee “serving” me just stood behind the counter he never said hello or welcome so there was about a 2 minute wait and he just kept eyeing me expecting me to know he was ready for my order without any kind of engagement my friend order a milk shake and when he received it it was soupy and like water not thick at all and it was not even completely full I ordered an ice cream at the same time and when it was done the employee just put it on the counter without telling me so it began to melt after I payed and began to eat it I realized it was not even the same thing I ordered I had received the wrong item. This is just a terrible place never coming back again.
