Was here on a Sunday afternoon. The food was great, but table wasn't completely clean. Also, the guy that took my order didn't seem happy to be there. Otherwise, it was a nice experience.

I came through the drive-through on September 1 around 9pm and I had ordered some food and a one scoop turtle sundae, 2 2 scoop raspberry sundaes and a medium concrete . they made me pull forward without giving my ice cream and they said they would bring it. They brought us our food didn’t bring the ice cream until we asked for it and he said he would be right back and then we proceeded to wait outside for 15 to 20 more minutes before we finally went inside and asked about the ice cream. They handed it to us with a lid on it And I didn’t even realize but by the time I got back to my car, I mean this ice cream was completely melted. They didn’t even bother to give me a fresh ice cream. in the customer service was absolutely ridiculous they didn’t seem to care about anything except trying to rush to get out of there.

My friends and I came here and got ice cream and when we walked in the GM Drew look at us annoyed and like it was an inconvenience to do his job. There a boy on the register next to him and he mixed up ice cream and custard and the GM Drew proceeded to yell at him in front of us and the customer the boy was serving. My friends and I all thought it was inappropriate and embarrassing to yell at the poor kid and belittle him in front of customers for simply messing up the difference between custard and ice cream. The kid was very nice and had great service. We all felt very sad for him and that is not the type of managing anyone would want to work for. Disappointed.

Ordered $9 family size onion rings. They tasted chewy, stale, and dry like they were from yesterday’s batch. Rings should be crispy and crunchy. Forget onion rings from Culver’s. The worst!

This Culver’s is what it is because of Earnestine she is the sunshine as soon as you walk in. She is kind and helpful, she jumps in to help in the dining room when busy to clear tables: Seriously, she deserves a raise. I always leave a lil more joyful because of our interaction. Thank you!

Oooooh my goodness, this place is worth driving 200miles for the food, it's stead non changing food, it's consistent wherever you go, perfect temperature texture and taste, condiments are man size huge portions with ooooh my goodness taste, don't get me started on the ice cream in the frozen refrigerator... the only thing I don't like is the staff is under 25 and not the best in hygiene from place to place... kind of like walmart.
