Great food, if you can actually get what you ordered ! We ordered ahead for pickup, and waited at the restaurant over forty minutes from the quoted pickup time. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since it was a busy night, but we found out when we got home that we failed to get what we actually ordered. I ordered a chicken and vegetable dish, and received a half full dish with shrimp, celery, and carrots? Called the restaurant only to be told that the person answering could not help us and a manager needed to call us back.. which took another thirty minutes. Said it's a glitch with their online ordering system. Do yourself a favor and call in to order, and bring your patience.

Ordered at 10:30am to be delivered at 6:30 pm due to I work overnight and wanted supper to be delivered for when I awoke.Order was delivered to the back doorway and not to apartment door, food was disgusting as the chicken in the chicken fried rice was raw.Beef Mongolia was greasy and spring rolls weren't crispy like normal.Not to mention that I called restaurant to ask where my order was and the lady that answered was very rude and not customer oriented at all.This place used to be our favorite place to order from but, now I guess we won't be back because this isn't the 1st time our orders have been horrible.

My wife picked up food from this place. Chicken fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, and crab rangoon. The food was not good. It simply didn’t have any flavor. The chicken in the fried rice was old and rubbery. The sweet and sour chicken was greasy. The crab rangoons weren’t awful, but they weren’t great either. Very disappointing. Any fast food place would’ve been better.

Service was really good and they food is always brought out in a timely manner. We could not get over the customer complaining about ordering a dish with mushrooms and not liking them and sending the plate back for no reason. TWICE.

Dragon Cafe offers an extensive menu of both Chinese and Japanese cuisine. There are numerous salads, soups and appetizers to go either the main course options. Many items come in two sizes, for lunch or for dinner. There is a nice luncheon sushi discount as well on about a dozen popular rolls.Service is friendly but can become slow when they are short staffed, which was the case on my most recent lunchtime visit. The atmosphere is much more pleasant and relaxed than at most area Chinese storefront restaurants.I have always loved the food, which has been consistently good since they first opened maybe two decades ago. I like mixing it up between the Chinese and Japanese menu selections. There is something sure to please almost anyone on their menu.

Always consistently good food. However, I don't like the fact that they are making the customers pay extra for using debit and credit cards. Dragon Cafe should be paying for their own credit card fees like every other business.
