terrible customer service. the girl at the drive thru just handed me my stuff and barely said anything. there were coffee grounds in my drink. i could hear them talking about me while i tried to get my order fixed. 0/10 experience

Every time I come here, I’m disappointed they are out of 1/2 thee things on their menu. I never get charged correctly and it takes a half an hour to get through the drive-through. I’m not sure why I keep giving it another chance.

When I pulled up, I was the only person in the drive through. They said they couldn't hear me, despite yelling right at the speaker. I could hear over the mic the girls inside arguing. When I got to the window, they basically ignored me aside from handing a bag out the window with no eye contact or words exchanged. I had to guess that I was done because the second I grabbed the bag they turned around and walked off with the window still open. My napkins were crumpled in a ball. I can only hope they didn't spit in my drink. I'm not sure what I did, but its not okay to take your anger out on your customers.

Donuts were fine as usual. Service was terrible....girl at counter was rude, people in front of us wanted to order through her instead of a kiosk and she seemed irritated, we finished our order before them at kiosk. When she finished with them she disappeared and proceeded to tell another employee she helped everyone at front already. We stood there for a few minutes and another person came in and waited with us then they took care of the person behind us and another take out order. I spoke up and said something then the girl finally decided she would get our order.

The iced caramel coffees, refreshers, and energy drinks are all good. I highly recommend the mini everything bagels. The donuts are a little bit pricey but that’s at every Dunkin location. The employees are always very nice here and the service is fast.
Fastest drive thru experience ever, didn't even have time to reroute my GPS while in the line. It helps to order on the app. Very happy with my experience and customer service, also so glad they had my items in stock and fresh for that matter.
Vegetarian options: I love how they have a no-meat breakfast sandwich and it's own low cost. You can pick the bread type and cheese type.

Haven't been to Dunkin' for a while, but it's convenient on my way to work and I wanted to get a treat for my team this AM. I ordered a dozen mixed variety of donuts, asked for 1/2 chocolate. I was asked if I wanted 1/2 choclate iced and I said no - I wanted a mixed variety of different kinds, 1/2 to include chocolate. I didn't ask for an "express dozen". What I got was 12 glazed donuts - no variety and 1/2 were chocolate iced. Why ask if your'e just going to give me that anyway. The box lid also stuck to all the donuts, so at least they were fresh, I guess. I'll go out of my way and go somewhere else next time. Meh.

Currently sitting in the drive thru and I’m really disappointed due to the under new management sign! I asked for 10 hash browns and heard a girl in the back say “OH MY GOD” the girl on the headset said “sure you can” (with attitude ) disappointed in this customer as I am a manager of a coffee shop and this would never slide with me please get the girls working right now out of this place it’s 11am 9/08 the disrespect is crazy, I’m giving you my money and they should have a reality check

Customer service was off the charge great at this location! Friendly atmosphere. The Sugar-Free sweetener, French vanilla, almost tasted sour to me? Could be my taste buds are off? Donuts, as always, were excellent.

The worker was friendly. The munchkins were nice and soft. Ate the last few about 8 hours after getting them, and they were still soft. Only problem was two if the three orders of snackin bacon were cold.

This Dunkin is probably one the worst I have encountered. Service is poor, out of product most times, never greeted, employees are on phones quite a bit, not a clean place.
