I get being busy but choosing to ignore a customer with an issue is messed up. I tried to order online and kept being told my address or zip code was wrong (they werent) yet the charges are still pending on my account. Guess if it goes through I will be back for my 150 bucks the look to be charging me with no order available. Guess ill just keep going to the other breakfast place because this is crap.

Had to wait over half hour for food. They were not busy. Coffee was Luke warm in the pot. Pancakes cold Burrito not good. Sausage in it was almost burnt, the bacon almost raw had to pick it out of the burrito. My husbands toast was cold and hard as a rock. This used to be my favorite IHop. But was awful today. Will probably start going to council bluffs Iowa. s

Host was eating at the window where food is collected and told us it was a 45 minute wait when we seen 3 families leave and their tables were cleaned we asked about a table and she said they are focused on to-go orders not done in. I asked another worker to seat us after the host was not wanting to seat us the manager wasn't making himself available to speak and all around bad customer service and the place was a mess and for employees to be eating at the window and not washing hands is highly unsanitary

The food was literally the best. It was so good. I ordered an Oreo Belgian waffle with an Oreo milkshake. (can you tell I like Oreos?) it settled surprisingly well in my stomach (I have a very sensitive stomach.) my server was so kind. Her and my grandparents were having a full on conversation about the music that was being played. 😂 by the way, it was a good conversation. Not yelling and screaming but instead an actual nice discussion about how they both agreed that they liked the music. The serving was also super fast! We sat down, she took our order, and in less than 15 minutes we got our food piping hot. The atmosphere was so cozy and nice as well. 5 stars!

We got the slowest waitress. We ordered the big steak omelette, which is miss named, it should be the big potato omelette. It was over cooked, dry and the grossest omelette I have ever tasted. My guts still hurt.
My five dollar slice of pie was not in my bag that I ordered off of uber eats. And the bag was not even tied or staples shut that's quite unnerving. So I wound up, throwing it all away all because you guys do not seal your bag shut. So my pie could have been stolen out of there, and I wouldn't even know. Start sealing your bags.

Very sad Oct 30 2025 I thought I'd try it again but again a sad place food was cold no manager on duty the waitress couldn't bring me what I asked for. She was more worried about giving away food to her friends than taking care of another customers. Anymore it seems that every ihop I go into is just a gathering place for either teens or the wait staffs friends. I've noticed this in almost every Ihop I've been in from nebraska to Georgia across to Texas l, ok, ks, everyone i goto seems to be more about social. I sat 45 min after placing my order and it came to me cold. The waitress disregarded the fact I mentioned it so again a -5 star review!

I really enjoyed my food delicious. (Steak omelette) The only issue is the bench seats they are filthy and need to be cleaned in between. I had to move and sit at a table with two chairs. My server was amazing.
