Nice staff, but 20 minutes for a pick up Order at 2:30 AM is insane. Given it was placed an hour before too. Also they were out of the drink I ordered, but they didn’t know what other drinks were on the menu!

My husband and I sat there for 2 hrs tonight .. it was very chaotic. Our server looked like she was coming off of something and acting crazy. We ordered our drinks and food . It took us asking for a refill for her to give us one after we sat there an hr and she had already gotten our drinks wrong . She proceeds to tell us multiple times "your food will be with you in a moment".... we never got it. Come to find out after 2 hrs she put our order under the wrong table, said we walked out as we were still sitting there and she then left. Another worker then informed us after he told us that information that she STOLE our food when she went home and she didn't charge another customer for their meal. I won't go back atleast if we do we'll definitely be making sure we have a good server. Pls do better with your employees . & one of your workers, I think she was a blonde headed girl, was sitting there vaping a vuse device back to back and blowing the smoke all over the food.

Told me that my to go order will most likely not be made tonight and gave me no notice until I called 3 times after getting hung up on 2 times. Horrible customer services. Would not recommend ordering to go or dining in here.

Out waiter was excellent. Came over to take our order, was kind and friendly. The food was good. Prefer a little hotter but was still good temp. The atmosphere was fine. Everyone was being taken care of.

Terrible service. There for over an hour, never got food. Got tired of waiting and being ignored. Didn't even see the waitress for 45 minutes. Paid over 20 dollars for drinks that never even got refilled despite how long we sat there.

My friend has a 1 year old, mine is 4… and we waited over 1hour for our order to be taken. Then it took them close to another full hour to get out the food. When it came out it was barely edible. Our kids were so hangry by this point. They served the adults first and then the kids, why? It took them another 20 minutes to get the kids food out, which they messed up. Management did not care. At that point we called it. We paid and left, went to McDonald’s for something quick for the kids. It was literally us and like 4 other people, with 2 servers. The one on center st is better.

I was in the restaurant last night and there was an altercation with a table and another server who had just got there but the manager brenda I believe was her name stepped in rightfully and toke care of the situation very well. She came to apologize to our table for the disturbance and I couldn’t stop telling her how proud of her I was for how well she handled everything. Thanks to her my family and I will continue to keep coming in. That young lady deserves a big raise. She was trying to calm the situation down and help with everything she could. Words cannot describe how impressed we are with her.
I don't blame the waiter for being mad that there was only him and the cook working at 730pm on a Friday. The part that upset us and made us walk out was when he started yelling at the cook and threatening to walk out. We hadn't even ordered yet and our kids wanted to go there after trunk or treating because that's what we did last year. Meanless to say we left and had an upset 6 year old because he didn't get coffee (hot chocolate). Very disappointed with a 24 hour restaurant :(

Our servers name was heather, we had a pick up through the app, our 4 milkshakes were not brought out, she was screaming at us saying our order was “packed right” when it clearly was not. Then tried kicking us out but instead got kicked out herself by her manager, just don’t eat at this Ihop. Id rather go to dennys
