Dave your time. The manager Erica sneezed without covering her mouth as she WAS FIXING my sandwich. When I asked for a new sandwich she rolled her and proceeded with attitude.

Never eat here. The service is poor. The manager Erica was caught picking her nose behind the counter. The teenager doing my sandwich had no gloves on. When I told the manager she acted like I was inconveniencing her. Save your time and money.

Wow everyone is right about the wait oh my goodness. I have never had to wait this long for one sandwich. I don’t bash often, but management needs to step up their game.

Food was good, but the customer service was abysmal. My husband and I went because Jersey Mike’s is one of the few spots I can snag a gluten free sub. It was busy when we went, but that’s the name of the game with a fast-paced sandwich shop. The woman taking orders was horrifically rude to me when I asked for my sub on a gluten free bun. It felt as though she was trying to persuade me to get a non-GF sandwich for her convenience. As a barista, I was appalled by her attitude. Guests are not an inconvenience in your service job—they are the job. A dietary modification is nothing to snap at your guest over, even when it’s busy.Granted, maybe I would have snapped too if I had the absolutely clueless woman working the condiment area. My husband’s sandwich was completely soaked in olive oil. Never in my time going to Jersey Mike’s have I seen someone pour that much olive oil and vinegar onto a sub when you get it Mike’s way. Meanwhile, when my husband ordered onions on his sub, he did get them. But only 3 small rings for the whole sandwich.That sandwich line was the opposite of a well-oiled machine. Perhaps it’s like a 1998 Pontiac Sunfire with 200k miles that’s never gotten an oil change. Regardless: food was alright, store was nice and clean. 2/5 stars.

Dietary restrictions: Despite the order taker’s terrible customer service skills, she did follow proper protocol when it came to making my sub gluten free. Props where props are due.

Food's great, it's a typical fast-casual sandwich restaurant, so I don't think the atmosphere matters necessarily. That being said, the service here is garbo, I don't know if they're understaffed or if the staff there is too 'easy going' and doesn't fulfill orders in a timely manner. I am a regular here and the 10 times I've been here in the last 3 months, at best, 3 of those experiences have been satisfactory. The times quoted in your app are generally off by about 30 min, the guy in front of me had to wait 1hr, 20 min to get his food. I don't know what, but something needs to change at this location.

Excellent subs - super filling and the ingredients are fresh! I got the giant sub which fed me for 3 days! Plus a cookie and a brownie. Really good sandwiches ?
