First time there. Went in empty we waited over 10 min for someone to appear. Gave my friend coffee I waited another 15 min to get mine. Cups were handled in an unhygienic way. Then put in order took for ever and there were only 3 people there. In all we did not like the service or the lack of hygiene the waitress used serving us. Would definitely not go there again!!!

Ordered chicken fried steak. To get actual chicken fried steak. When I went to bite into this one. It was burnt, and the crust was shot hard as a brick. Over all it wasn’t the usual chicken fried steak. It’s hamburger dumped into breading and deep fried to oblivion. I’m not really impressed at all. If I wanted breaded burnt meatloaf. I’d of ordered meatloaf? I got a double order they gave me a tenderloin instead of a chicken breast but it legit is hamburger.

I guess you could say this is a sports bar, with the focus being on Keno. Cavernous inside, with clean, modern decor. The food depends on what you get. Many in our group of 12 ordered the Wednesday meatloaf lunch special, which they enjoyed. You can't beat the price! They also knocked off $2.00 from any of their hamburgers, one of which I ordered. Unfortunately, I really didn't care for it; the taste was disappointing. But the fries were good. I got 2 orders of onion rings for the group to share, and they were great! What saved the lunch for me was the service. Our server, Brandi, was excellent. Even though she was busy she was friendly, conscientous, and very capable. She made our meal an enjoyable experience. I always like to highlight good service because it's a hard job which not everyone can do well; and it's a major part of the dining experience. Thank you, Brandi! So...the positives were reasonable prices and great service. The other end of the scale was that the food enjoyment level depends on what you order. And the Keno emphasis did nothing for me, but that's just me. If I should return, I'll try the meatloaf.

It took 50 minutes for our food to come out, multiple tables were sat 20 minutes after us and had food before us. Biscuits were not done, asked for over medium eggs, not even close. First and last time here. Should have went to a food truck or Popeyes!
