I guess you could say this is a sports bar, with the focus being on Keno. Cavernous inside, with clean, modern decor. \n\nThe food depends on what you get. Many in our group of 12 ordered the Wednesday meatloaf lunch special, which they enjoyed. You can't beat the price! \nThey also knocked off $2.00 from any of their hamburgers, one of which I ordered. The food was okay. The "famous fried chicken" was the best of the 3 dishes we ordered. The club sandwich was not a traditional club... No middle bread or cheese, and the chicken fried steak was pretty bland.
My dad is a regular here and recommended it for our family dinner. I always thought that Jimbo's was the front restaurant in LaVista Keno - it's not. Head around to the east side of the building to get to Jimbo's. Great food and attentive servers. Keno is the bonus!! And the tacos on Monday are fabulous.
