I ordered an 8 piece meal bucket to go. When I got home to serve the dinner we were so disappointed. The chicken must have been sitting in grease bc the crust was soggy. Even the crispy pieces of chicken were soggy. The biscuits were hard as a rock. I even put one in the microwave for 5 sec to see if that would soften them but nope. The Cole slaw and potatoes were good. We consider KFC as such a treat and we were so disappointed. I have tried calling the phone number listed and it seems to be out of order. I spent $32 on greasy yucky chicken.

There is something with either the breading or the meat because it is making under my tongue feel dry or causes it to hurt. Been to other locations and haven't had this issue before.

The quality just isn’t there. They are very nice but the food was just ok ☹️
Couldn't rate this place any lower. I just received chicken that was supposed to be 'Extra Cripsy' in a condition I can only describe as 'Wet & Soggy'. There's hardly even any breading on here! I don't think the cooks have ever made fried chicken in their entire lives...
Our sodas were both flat and tasteless, and they forgot our biscuits entirely. At least the mashed potatoes are edible.
I have no idea how this place is still open. No one should eat here, because clearly the owner and their staff do not care about serving food that anyone could ever even close come to associating with the KFC franchise. I wish I could get my time *and* my money back.

The food is fine but they forget something from our order EVERY time. We always order online and pickup. This time it wasn't just sauce, it was two major items. After my name was said he kept referencing a different pickup order until another guy corrected him. Last time the cashier was dull and forgetful. I'll start driving further from now on and hopefully get better service at another location.

Did not receive all that I ordered from drive thru. Tried to contact manager and employees do not answer phone. Ordered desert witch was over cooked.

This KFC is the worst KFC I’ve ever been to…
The only worker that was doing an amazing job was the African American male. (Amazing Job sir!) as far as the other three that were in sight. Were completely horrible. First off the language in front of my kids not called for, several things were said and they not need to be repeated. My fiancé was choking and had to run to the bathroom, as both Caucasian workers were cracking jokes about it. The gentleman I spoke highly of earlier deserves a bonus or even a raise/ promotion. He was the only one doing things by the book. Cooking properly, gloves and all exchanging gloves in between orders and kept to himself unless it had to do with orders or proper communication. Yet again amazing job to him. Otherwise this KFC has gone down hill sense I use to come in way back when. Hopefully this location gets a whole store reboot. It’s needed instead of joking around proper cleaning is the best thing to do. I’ve been in fast food before and by far this is a complete nightmare. Watch the language, and actually work instead of acting like children if the company wanted to hire children I don’t think they’d make it far. Get things figured out. And hopefully the store gets corrected and the one worker gets a raise. Hope all gets better.

Ordered $40 worth of food through the website. Order included mashed potatoes and gravy. I live a brief five minutes drive away.
I get the food to my house and find the gravy had been packed carelessly. Instead of mashed potatoes and gravy I got mashed potatoes and a gravy soaked paper bag that fell apart as soon as I got it into the kitchen, straight from the car.
TL;DR Got mashed potatoes. Got no gravy and a messy kitchen due to careless handling by employess

Absolutely pathetic. Asked to wait when ordering in the drive-thru, 23 minutes later, we ordered. Waited another 25 minutes for food, had to go in to finally get order. 5 other vehicles also waiting and patrons had to go inside. Inside, nobody at the counter, tables dirty, yelling amongst employees....

Can't do any stars for food, service or atmosphere. Because when I got there, there was 1 guy inside doing lobby and car service and cooking. Where were the other people??? There were none. How can u run a place like this with only 1 guy???? U can't. Owner must not care, and manager must not care.
1 star but 10 to the 1 guy trying to do it all. This guy should get a raise!!
Waited in the drive thru line for 30+ minutes(only 2 cars in front of me) to get my order. The employee was anything but friendly. They were out of coleslaw so I got two mashed potatoes & gravy. I should’ve checked the bag before driving home, but figured given that length of time, they had plenty of opportunity to ensure the order was correct. Drove home to find that there was no gravy for the two orders of mashed potatoes. Then found that instead of the 12-pc chicken tenders I ordered, it was an 8-piece. I also ordered an 8-pc bucket of extra crispy chicken that was the furthest thing from crispy. The mushy breading literally fell off of the chicken, leaving it bare. The biscuits were hard & tasted stale. Colonel Sanders is rolling over in his grave.

Waited in drive thru with 2 cars ahead of me for
17 minutes before the 1st car at the window got their food and drove off. When I finally reached the window idk if the gentleman was new but he was struggling a little bit I see and was nervously trying to tell me that he needs to replace the receipt paper and idk if this was a manager, owner or what but it was a white lady short man haircut blonde with a green shirt that came from the kitchen with tongs in her hand no gloves on and is touching the register and giving the young man attitude. First of with her being out of uniform she has to be at a high place in KFC but she also knows better to wear gloves when working with the food and to wash hands when touching other things like the register. It’s just so gross and nasty that a lady (manager or owner) would work like that is so disgusting and selfish and not taking other peoples health or her germs as well as others in consideration. Shame on her I will never go back.

20 min to in line to get to the drive up order sign. Wait 5 more minutes for someone to finally come on saying it will be another 20 min. My cook came in at 2 and he's leaving at 7, had to go after working a whole 5 hours.
