This is by far the worst KFC in Omaha. Everytime I regretfully go it’s consistently bad. I had a famous bowl, easy enough. The chicken was so old I couldn’t even CHEW it. This is not the first time. My corn always hard because it’s not properly cooked or maybe even old. They need new management and proper cooks. Chicken has a sit time. Just so disgusting because I LOVE kfc. I’ll forever go to council bluffs/or 90th street. I can’t even believe it’s this bad.

My order delivered isn't what I ordered. I tried to call the store to try and resolve the issue. I called five times, each time they would answer and then hang up. I received two large mash potatoes, two large coleslaws, and two gravys that I did not order. I did file a customer concern email, and will attach photos of phone calls attempted and hung up on. Poor customer service and poor hiring team allowing this as a standard for this location. I hope this improves.

Great place to dine out with a loved one. Customer was immaculate. Cody and the rest of staff were very polite, respectful, attentive and friendly. Second time eating out there with my loved one and it was really good.

Just did a refund with doordash cause hell no. Our fries were missing, our side order of large mashed potatoes and gravy was missing and the sauces for the strips also missing. The chicken is damn near burnt yet soggy as hell? I don't get it besides them using chicken that's been sitting there and refrying it hence both burning and making the skin super soggy. Tenders used to be nice and crispy and big. These things are a disgrace. Pay attention to reviews like I failed to do. Never again. It's like fast food has become the laziest workers you can find and no accountability is had. Glad I ordered through door dash or I would have been screwed.

Apparently this store closes at 10 even though there are no signs or anything saying that they close at 10. Everything says they close at 11 and I called the store because I have a DoorDash and the lady that answered the phone rudely stated they were closed and when I told her that everything says 11, she was very rude and said nope we’re closed, and then said again we close at 10 now.

I haven't had KFC in a long time only because my last order was crappy. So I thought I would try them again. I ordered the family mashup deal and the mashed potatoes had hair in them. Not to mention the breading on the chicken was very mushy like it hadn't been fried. I ended up putting the chicken in my air fryer to cook a little longer. I did salvage the chicken but no one will eat the potatoes. The biscuits were over baked. $30 down the drain. On a good note, the girl at the window was extremely friendly and good customer service.
I rarely see anyone in the inside they took the buffet out and the layout is not huge. When we went we went inside to order because the drive auto voice on drive through told us the restraint was closed. We ordered food and took it home just to realize that half of our meal was missing even though we waited forever for them to put our order together
My sister went to buy a 8 pc . chicken meal there and I didn't like the chicken at all, some pieces were raw. We definitely won't go back.

Got to counter lady rude didn't stick around to finish my order walked away while I was still trying to order young man came up to finish my order so I ordered two half gallons one Dr pepper one yellow lightning he goes to fill up half gallons turns around hands me the customers the jugs and says you struggle with filling them up I'm not doing it so after I'm done doing his and her job I ask if I can get a couple of biscuits for doing their job the lady said we don't give out free food I said you should compensate me for doing your job then she goesandsays it not a big deal but as a customer it is I will not be coming to this KFC and spend my money if you don't want to do your job go somewhere else.
