Went through the drive through. Got a two piece white meat. Way over cooked wing. Hard to even chew. The fries were burnt and hard on the teeth. The only thing okay was the pop. Will never come here again!!

The food and service were ok. The air vents in this location look like the filters haven't been changed since before covid. I feel bad for the employees. The grill hood is so clogged that there is a smoke haze all throughout the restaurant. Thats not my phone thats the haze in the pictures

Service was okay. People were nice. But decided to give us old chicken. You can tell when chicken has been sitting. Place needs to be staffed by people who actually will do their jobs and cook food instead of treating the kitchen like a place to hangout and mess around. Overpriced and low quality. Would not recommend this location

On Sunday , 10-19, I ordered a 10 piece original to go. After opening container I realized the chicken was burnt. I believe a worker made an error and gave this burnt chicken to a (to go ) order hoping to sneak the burnt chicken out the door. I will return in the future but will check order before leaving. I hope it is not policy to sneak an error out the door. I pass up another KFC just to order from La Vista store.

We ordered 16 piece family meal which should have came with 8 biscuits. We also ordered an extra 4 biscuits. When the order arrived, we only received 6 biscuits. Called and spoke with manager who refused to correct the issue and said we weighed it should have been correct. Weighed it? Don't they know how to count? To make it all worse. The chicken was overcooked and had a powdery peppery taste to it. A complete waste of money. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE!!

I order Mike hot n honey in dining and food was not even in good shape its all burnt and black doesn't even taste like chicken it's like expired oil and the other stuff I try to contact them they didn't even respond great service đ
The cooks are the best here! Better than Popeyes by far. And imo the best location in omaha.

I came in today around 4:30 or 5:00 with my mom. We ordered a 12 piece with 3 large sides. We always order all dark meat and I was shocked that it was ready in under 5 minutes, now we always order dark meat because it isn't dry, so we expect to wait. So that was the first sign of trouble, then we got home and it was in the warmer for way too long as it was dry and only had 11 pieces of chicken. I did not bring it back in because I am bi polar and I am not the person who you want coming in and letting everyone know what happened. So I decided to to it this way. Now I have never had this problem with your location ever before. But this was completely unacceptable.
