Ordered breakfast through the app at least 10 minutes before breakfast was over. Just wanted a sausage biscuit and a hash brown. As I was pulling into the McDonald's parking lot at 10:31 my order was canceled. You can't tell me it wasn't already prepared. That was just petty. I was 1 minute past breakfast time, they obviously just sit there and wait for that 10:30 to cancel any orders they can.

Currently sitting in the curbside and have been for 30 minutes. They don’t care about who’s parked on the side, I’m guessing drive thru times are what they are working on. 15 people have gotten their food orders before me through drive thru. Don’t use curbside and don’t use this location. Still don’t have my food even though it says it’s ready and I’m willing to bet it’s ice cold. Disrespectfully screw you guys. This is bullcrap.

Got the new BBQ bacon QPC and it wasn’t even made right. Came with ketchup and mustard. No mayo or BBQ. How you gonna call it a BBQ with no BBQ sauce???!!!? Highlu disappointed when i got home.
I've been a loyal McDonald's customer for years, but lately, it's clear they are cutting corners while charging more. The portion sizes have noticeably shrunk—burgers are smaller, fries come in half-empty containers, and even drinks seem to have less in them. Meanwhile, the prices keep climbing, making what used to be an affordable meal feel like a rip-off.
It feels like McDonald's is quietly testing how much they can get away with, assuming customers won’t notice. But we do notice. And given how widespread these complaints are, it might be time for a class-action lawsuit. Customers shouldn’t have to pay premium prices for shrinking food portions. If this trend continues, McDonald's could face serious backlash—not just from frustrated customers, but possibly in court.

If you're thrilled about all the dine in tables being dirty and the floors needing to be cleaned while employees stand around talking and laughing, then this is the place for you. It's hard to even get an employee to acknowledge you since they got the kiosks to place orders on. Makes it even easier to ignore their customers. Crazy prices for crappy service.
