Awesome, fun experience for all ages if youre not a stick in the mud

I ordered shrimp and steak and they gave me steak and a single piece of shrimp and the atmosphere was horrible there was a lady who ordered same but got 3 pieces of shrimp and gave everyone else more and she started get mad at the servers and waitresses and I only got 1 shrimp

My daughter and I went to celebrate her 9th grade coming to and end and her achievements for the year. We had sushi and we ate at the Hibachi table. Customer service was amazing and the chef was very entertaining! Fun time & great atmosphere.

I miss read what i was ordering and it was completely different then what I thought it was going to be. Micheal saw i was upset about it again completely my fault by the way he made me 3 more rolls on the house! What an amazing first experience with this restaurant. And the sushi is amazing! I would recommend it yo everyone.

Had a party of 14…. Service was good at first but our orders were wrong. Cook kept running out of food having to go get more. My son birthday boy didn’t get any chicken and cook went to the kitchen to get more due to running out. Ran out of shrimp had to go get more. My daughter didn’t get her sweet potato roll. Tried to change us for 3 Salomon and shrimp dinners. Had to tell the waiter to change it. Food was not good….must of been a new cook but for those prices he should know how to cook. Over all a 1 rating. Been here before and no problem but this time chaos and crazy. Just disappointed for spending close to $500 with gratuity that the food was less than average and the ordering was very poor. Next time I will just go to Genji’s.

We only got 1 avocado salad and 2 appetizers. A child's juice hot tea and water. Still over $40 Nothing else was ordered as the customer service was so bad we left without getting entrees. I had wanted sushi, and my husband wanted hibachi..the waiter kept wandering off, after each little thing. I had to ask a waitress for a child's drink or we never would have reviewed it.
Look at the attached image. No where does it say that hibachi or certain foods are not served on the weekend. ( FYI -I was trying to order sushi from the main selection , not shown on the lunch menu) Yet they refused to let my husband order it., and told him he had to order sides! I was asking about rolls that didn't have tempura, and weren't fried, .. the manager kept trying to insist that I order steak and rice! Each time I told her I don't want steak I said I want to order sushi, I should be able to get sushi that doesn't have certain things in it since it is made when ordered. Then she said you can't have the sauce you should get the chicken or steak..WTH.. seriously..! I was told her we aren't getting anything else, this is ridiculous.

Amazing food, Chef's and the rest of the staff..... We loved the food, absolutely the best Hibachi I have ever had, I love that they give sweet and sour sauce for the crab rangoons👍🏼. Will return for date night with my Husband, I definitely recommend you guys, they are a hidden gem....... We had the best Chef cooking for us so, thank you Chef for all that you do to entertain us on our special occasions.... May God Continue To Bless You 🙏🏼❣

Great food and super quick, add the noodles they are fire. Best in town.

Service is horrible, been here many times in last couple months get worse and worse. Sit wait to get drinks after they seat you, staff plays on phones and not paying attention to there customers

My wife and I wanted a nice place to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary, so we made a reservation at Osaka for 6:30 on Sunday. We arrived at the restaurant at 6:15 and notified the receptionist that we were there. The receptionist advised us that they were just waiting for a few tables to clear before we could be seated.
Unfortunately, 6:30 came and went, then 6:45, and by 7:00 — after watching several large parties being seated ahead of us — we decided to have them take our name off the list. We ended up going somewhere else and had a very nice evening. Apparently, at Osaka, parties of six or more are more important than a party of two.

Waited for an hour to get seated, the host never checked on us or informed us that there wasn’t a table large enough for my party but still has us waiting there. No communication. This is the second time this has happened to my family and I. If you know you can’t seat a large party then don’t take the reservation. Ended up leaving, will not recommend this to anyone unless you like to wait several hours and receive terrible service

Such a disappointment every time my family and I come here. Even with reservations, we are constantly overlooked while other parties are seated before us. The staff moves extremely slowly and seems completely unconcerned about the wait or overall customer experience. There’s a very clear lack of urgency and professionalism, and it honestly feels like they do not care about losing repeat business. After multiple frustrating experiences, I can’t say I’d recommend this place.

HORRIBLE service last time I came here I waited a whole hour to be seated even though I had made reservation for 6:30. When my family and I finally sat down we didn’t see a chef for another 40 mins. When we finally decided to leave they wanted us to pay for the soup and salad. I’m back here a year later and SAME experience. Had a reservation at 6:30 waited an hour while other parties were being sat. The host told us we are welcome to leave. Never coming back here again
