Food is great but don't expect to be seated at your reservation time. Our party of two was seated over 30 minutes after our reservation time. Several groups of two without reservations were seated ahead of us. Very disappointing customer service.

Called 30 minutes prior to make an order for my lunch break got there food wasnt ready and i was late back to work 1/5 would not recomend

Tried Osaka Steak House & Sushi for the first time yesterday. The experience was just ok. Most of our table got the Teppanyaki. I did not care for the clear soup because it came out lukewarm and had a weird aftertaste. The salad was just lettuce with a creamy ginger dressing. My husband didn’t care for it. I thought it was fine.We were only given one sauce (yum, yum sauce). Kobe or Genji will give you several. Our food was very bland, and the meat quality was poor, my steak was mostly gristle. Should’ve ordered all shrimp instead of the steak and shrimp I suppose.The Teppanyaki chef only did a couple tricks and used egg instead of shrimp for tossing at guests to catch. Felt cheap.I was really surprised, was expecting much better.

I came from out of town to celebrate a birthday and our service was substandard. Spoke to the manger regarding low standard service he never apologized but told us we HAD to pay the forced tip that was put on our bill! TF! And the lady kept tellin us she didn’t understand English enough to help us wit what we needed…. TF!

Take it from a man that travels for business all over the country. Best hibachi type restaurant I have been to. Steak n lobster is my favorite and it's real lobster tail!!!! Don't miss it!!!

It’s hard to find a Hibachi restaurant that allows you to make orders to go. I came across this restaurant (04/07/24) and decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed. I ordered the Steak and Shrimp hibachi with fried rice & the Chicken hibachi with fried rice. Both came with veggies, salad(lettuce only) and soup. The food was really good and It was packaged very well. When I arrived my order was ready and all instructions followed. I’ll definitely be back!Parking: Free parking available
