For delivery, they are efficient, friendly and tell you in advance how long unloading can or will be depending on the product. I have plastic trays … 2-3 hours. Note there are a few unloading docks. Park at the main building with multiple docks and once they see your papers they will ask you to stay or go to another dock. Be prepared to sit and wait. When you know. It’s easy! And the staff are nice to work with! Cheers
