I would not recommend this location. Last mobile order I put in for a large drink, but received a medium. Never heard back when I asked for them to contact me when I sent in feedback. Second time I’ve had issues at this location. Other locations are way better in town!

I came here in the morning, it was somewhat busy. I ordered a peanut butter crunch blended with an extra shot and an everything bagel sandwich. I get my bagel, then I get a caramelicious. I tell the girl, “oh sorry I got a peanut butter crunch blender.” Her expression completely changed and I could tell she was not happy I pointed this out. She told the girl that took my order that it was supposed to be the PB crunch blender and the girl that took my order said (mind you I could see and hear her) no it wasn’t, it was a caramelicious. Bro… I literally, no exaggeration get a PB crunch blender 100% of the time at scooters, I am not a big fan of the caramelicious. Regardless I told her it was fine I’ll drink it and she gave it back to me with the dirtiest look. I know mistakes happen as I work as a server, but I don’t get mad at the costumer when I get something wrong. Anyways, be better with your costumer service, coffee ain’t cheap.

I wouldn’t say I’m a regular… however when I do go in the mornings I’ve always had the best experiences!

I can recall two experiences from an afternoon and morning visiting this location and I’ve never been so disrespected by this girl, she had a nasty attitude towards me and another customer on the other side of the building, not to mention my drink was made incorrectly. Just to add the cherry to the top, her and another coworker were discussing how much they hated another worker that wasn’t present at the time.
How unprofessional!!! If you’re going to talk bad about other people close the window so your customers can’t hear!!! The whole time i was in the presence of these two girls I felt uncomfortable, and honestly upset at the fact that they had no remorse for their horrible customer service.

I did catch the name of one of the gals (Olivia) I’m unsure of the other girls name I didn’t catch it while they were talking. I will continue to visit this location as I love everyone else within. However… if I pull up to the window and these girls are there I will be driving off and going to another location. It’s not fair to have my day ruined by someone else’s disrespectful attitude towards customers, especially not at 7am!!!

Crazy Stuff

When I came here a woman with black hair and a nose ring and eyeshadow was very rude to me at the window and handed me a completely different drink from what I ordered. When I asked her to remake it she rudely said you get what you pay for and started cursing at me and arguing with me. When I asked for her name she said Olivia and when I asked to speak to her manager she said she didn’t know the manager which is obviously a lie. Will never be coming to this location again and will be talking to corporate.

The employee at the window was vaping in the drive through building with the windows closed. Serious health violation. He also made me wait for him to finish on his phone before taking my order. The drink was fine

I am a regular here, I come every morning and I get 2 sandwiches, the very kind morning staff always takes off the bacon for me. These 2 girls that were working the evening shift were SO rude. When I asked them to take the bacon off they looked at each other, laughed in my face and said “yeah we aren’t gonna do that for you” I said, “why? I come here every morning and they always do it for me” they continued to laugh in my face and tried to make me feel stupid. So I drove off. It was a brown haired girl with a braid and a skinny girl with bleached looking hair. Never have I had such an awful experience at this location. They should not be working a customer service type of job if they can’t get their attitude straight. The thing that pissed me off was that I asked so nicely and they automatically treated me like I was garbage and they didn’t care. If you see this review, I would like a follow up please. I don’t want to come while those rude girls are working because quite frankly they ruined my night.Edit-I went back to this location to get a smoothie and a sandwich and she says it’s $17.38. I noticed after I told her I didn’t want the receipt I got a notification from my bank saying they charged me $21.38. Why did you charge me $4 more than you said? I want my money back, that is STEALING!!! Along with that, my smoothie had huge chunks of ice in it :/

Very upset and disappointed right now. I bought gift cards during recent promotion. 2 for $25 gifts and I was keeping the free $10 for me for being a good shopper!! I tried to use $10 a few days later. Didn't work..thought maybe they forgot to activate because it was the bonus. Oh NONone of them worked!!! Lady at Parkview gave me drink for free but said I had to go to Brentwood to have card actived. So one more trip. How embarrassing to give a gift that doesn't work. 1st person tried to use at 153rd &Q. Young man was AMAZING. Very few questions..replaced card. I gave 2nd person cash and took inactive card back to Brentwood where I bought it with receipt. Person waiting on me was trying to be helpful but you could tell more senior person was irritated. How is it my fault the original seller at your location messed up? I don't have a stack of blank Scooters cards I can try to redeem but I was definitely made to feel like a criminal!!

Why have hours of operation if your not going to follow them. I have been going to this location for years and have never had a problem until about a month ago. I stop by 5 to 6 times a week around 7:40 on my way to work. Last night was the 4th time I was told they were closed. There were 3 people working so why close early when asked when I could talk to manager or owner was told well they trained us to close early again why have your hours posted on the window if your not going to follow them
