Flies everywhere in the store including in drinks and the ice bucket. The food is thawed in the bathroom where flies and other germs get all over it. There is mold everywhere in the store especially in the ice bucket. đŸ€źđŸ€Ł nasty scooters don’t go unless you wanna get sick

Love Scooters! It’s the Best. My friend and I have come numerous times during the fall season. We noticed however, she gets an apple drink and I get pumpkin, but I’ve never gotten the pumpkin sticker. That would be cute! But phenomenal service, the staff is always so friendly and sweet.

Zero good things to say. NO SIGN indicating to order at the window on the west side of the building. I get in line behind the cars
wait 10 minutes only to realize I should have ordered there. I said “I’m sorry I just realized I should have ordered at the first window” and the barista asked me to go back to the window to order but I didn’t want to since I had already waited in line and new cars had gone behind me. I worked at a drive thru coffee shop for a long time and we we get orders at the window all the time—it’s just life. I know it is inconvenient for them to make a drink on the fly but it’s also very inconvenient to order and learn your covert system I have never tried before. Now instead of gaining a new customer who learned how to order at your complicated kiosk you have lost one and I will never return to that location.

I dont know if the girls working today were having an off day or what... but they changed the way the drive thru runs.. you order at one window now and pay at the other.... but there isn't a single sign anywhere showing they changed things or how its supposed to go! We get to the window and they told us about they new changes, and that they wanted us to go all the way back around and wait in line again to order at the proper window... for one single food item... definitely a better way they could have handled the situation and whoever owns or manages this store needs to put a sign up or something! The girls at the window has an ATTITUDE problem too. I work in customer service and get how frustrating the job can be... get a new job if you can't be nice to people

Have been a regular (almost daily) customer of this location for a long time. About a week ago, everything changed. Staff, how they take orders, etc. The drinks we get now are not of the same quality we have always received. A few days ago one of the girls was counting tips in the open window while we waited for one of the other workers to get our drinks.

When we asked, we were told they were under new management. We cant be the only ones unhappy as we havent had to wait in the usual lines. Will NOT be spending the money anymore for what are now poor quality drinks. Can get the same thing elsewhere for a lot less money.

This scooters taste like your kids making coffee for the first time for you on Mother’s Day. You drink it cause they tried (and you paid). 90th and 370 is leagues above this one, taste and professionalism.

My boyfriend & I went by this location this morning to use our b1g1 coupon. When we got our drinks I immediately noticed there were huge ice chunks in my smoothie. I took a drink and could barely get anything through the straw. The consistency was that of a slushee or worse. Upon throwing my drink out my boyfriend had a few sips of his drink when he took another he said oh my god this is horrible. I was like what’s wrong with it. He said try it. I go and try his drink. It tasted like straight chemicals. He had an iced latte. We aren’t sure what happened to the drink but it was so horrible we had to throw it away as well. This location is normally pretty good and it sucks that now there is yet another scooters location I have to avoid because they CANT MAKE DRINKS RIGHT. Which is the absolute bare minimum of the business. Good grief!

Great food and especially nice with The app so you can order exactly what you want. Make any modifications that you want to and then see the price as it develops. Plus the app gives you pretty good deals. And updates on the new products.

Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this Scooter’s coffee location. Customer service was very poor today as I ordered on the app for large strawberry vertigo with whipped cream. I got the drink but was made incorrectly and have asked to be remade but the employee had a nasty attitude when orders go wrong. After I got the replacement drink, the employee decided to aggressively handed me the drink which that was unappealing for that interaction. If you cannot handle orders that was made incorrectly noted on the app and have poor customer service then take your money elsewhere. Highly recommended do not go to this location!

I decided to visit this Scooters Coffee location on my lunch break a few weeks ago, hoping for a quick and convenient experience. I placed a mobile order to save time, but things went downhill fast. When I pulled up to the drive thru, an employee told me they were temporarily closed because they only had two people working. What was most frustrating was the complete lack of communication or solutions offered. No apology, no suggestion for how to get a refund, and no indication of how long the closure would last. I was left sitting there with no solution. After waiting around for quite a while, another worker “supposedly arrived”, so they finally decided to make my order. But by that point, I had already wasted about 45 minutes of my lunch break. For a place that charges premium prices for coffee, the customer service was severely lacking. The coffee itself was mediocre and definitely not worth the hassle or the price. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend this location. They really need to improve their staffing, communication, and overall approach to customer service.

I would not recommend this location. Last mobile order I put in for a large drink, but received a medium. Never heard back when I asked for them to contact me when I sent in feedback. Second time I’ve had issues at this location. Other locations are way better in town!
