Accidentally sent a moble order to the sonic on 72 and Harrison, but that was my fault. So I drive there to pick it up and I had ordered 4 drinks and asked for a carrier. The lady kept handing me drinks so I asked her if I could get a carrier and she said we don't have any. So now I have a child in the back seat with a lap full of drinks and of course she's soaked before we get home! Food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting for a long time. I tryed repeatedly to call this store with no answer!

Don't buy their Sonic "blasts". Paid twenty dollars for three "shakes". These were 95% soft serve and barely any of the product that is supposed to be blended in. Look at the photos. What you see is NOT what you get. Plus they gave me mozzarella sticks without sauce. C'mon man!

we arrived around 11:20 to order some shakes and a coke we were the only people in drive thru and was greeted by a younger lady named emma she took our order and everything was good at first until she asked if there was anything else after we had ordered are two shakes and coke but planned are ordering before we got the chance to order our last item she told us to pull around with our total and when we told her we had more she gave no reply and sent the order thru once we arrived to the window the drive thru was covered in recipes and trash we was greeted by dylan which he avoided eye contact seeming like they knew they knew that we was meant to order more we pay and he gives me my coke and says the TWO simple shakes would be out in one moment we sat there and waited for 5 mins when he comes back to the window to tell us to be patient and that they are making the shakes while i see them inside all in a group on their phone and messing around we waited another 5 mins just for a strawberry banana and a plain chocolate shake when we get the shakes both the cups had shake residue on the sides making them very sticky i use to the love this place but lately it’s been going down hill it’s very unacceptable

Employed here and the people are so awesome. Melonie is super sweet! Great job for the younger generation and a nice spot to stop for some good burgers and a root beer float. Not very busy unfortunately so it's cut hours for most. The drink menu huge and you can mix anything you can think of !! Stop by and get a slushy!! They need business !!!!
Parking: Lots of empty slots and picnic tables ! Go eat !!

We love sonics and frequent many of their locations often, but this is the 2nd time I've visited this location and the delivery service was horrible. I did a mobile order of 4 drinks and it took close to 25 minutes to get them on August 1st around 7pm. Then when they came, one of the drinks was not mine and I told them. They apologized and said they would make it and have it right out.
I waited another 15 minutes watching them serve all the other packed stalls and full drive thru lane with 5 people working. No one came. I pushed the buzzer and asked was the drink coming, and they asked what it was and said it would be right out. It wasn't. I waited another 10 minutes before I begrudgingly honked my horn at my original server (I don't like doing it because I believe it to he rude).
He comes over and apologizes and goes back in and gets it. I sat at Sonic's for close to an hour and a half for 4 drinks. Just terrible. And the challenge of getting my money back is a mess. I should have been refunded and comped with a gift card for the huge inconvenience. But all I got was a sorry, and a hope and prayer on my end that they didn't do anything to my drink for having to honk at someone in order to get it.
This location needs some help because they're just not able to manage all the business with the 5 staff they have. I'll stick to the other Omaha Metro area locations.
