Almost all the stalls were empty, ordered, and waited for 30 minutes. No heads up or anything. Drive through was moving ok. Would not recommend this place at all. The car hop said she could barely hear me, but plainly repeated my order back to me. Why not come outside to verify if you can't hear.?

I went to grab something after seeing friends for drinks. I sat at the window for 23 mins before honking my horn AND watching 3 cars behind me leave. Which I would have done if I hadn’t already paid! But when I finally got the staff to open the window they explained they had a “rush “ when asking if they could have at least communicated with me this had occurred they slammed to drive thru window. And as I drove off yelled don’t come back then I decided I will never visit this location again. If I could I would give ZERO stars! The WORST customer service I have experienced in a very long time!! Do not go to this location!!

I wish I would have taken a picture of the chicken on the menu board because frankly I'm surprised that Sonic's has NOT been sued for false advertising! 3 and a handful of tots is NOT worth $10!

It almost feels like around every corner in America you can find a sonic, but you won’t find this sonic location. First time visiting here and was very delighted by what was presented. Clean patio furniture, ease of ordering and fast service. The nice girl working was having issues with her headset so went out of her way to come outside and ask what our order was, instead of trying to guess from inside. Our shakes were great, but the service was better!

This location is so slow. Turtles move faster than they do. My husband and we each ordered a Blast. We arrived to the drive-thru at 8:05pm and finally got our order at 8:29pm. RIDICULOUS!

Well, I finally found the worst fast food establishment in La Vista.I've never been to Sonic before, but the missus won four gift cards, so we decided to give them a try.We tried the drive through at the La Vista Sonic, as the line was short, and we were on our way home.My wife had just checked her gift cards on-line to make sure they were loaded correctly.I ordered food through the speaker, and proceeded to the window. I handed all four gift cards to the cashier, who just stood and looked at them. Maybe he was new, but he looked like a third grader trying to solve a Calculus problem. He fumbled with the cards for a few minutes, then announced that there was an error with one of the cards.I politely suggested that he try them again.After three tries, I suggested he ask his manager for help.The manager came over, but he, too, was clueless.After almost five minutes of watching these two fumble around, I asked them to please cancel my order. The manager literally said "I can't do that."In fact, he said that I needed to pay $3.62 immediately, or we wouldn't get our dinner, or any money back. In fact, he wouldn't give us our gift cards back so we could check them again online.We felt totally belittled and felt we were being talked down to.Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've had in years.Save your money. Eat elsewhere.

I ordered one soda on the app and somehow it accidentally ordered me 7 sodas... They could not give me a refund they said I had to contact the app which I did weeks ago and have heard nothing back.... So I paid for 7 route 44 sodas and only got one. Had I known I was not going to get a refund I would have kept all of the sodas but what was I going to do with seven of them?
