Its fast food, but the food quality is better than most. Tots are hit and miss on quality, but the burger is why I go there.

I ordered hash browns in my breakfast burrito and I didn't get them. Not the first time they've messed up an order for me and if you go there in the morning you're going to be waiting a while.

If you could choose zero stars this would be the place for it. I had an employee event this morning so I picked sonic to buy them all breakfast. I pulled up to order and got a grunting mumble noise from the speaker. When I was done, no answer back. So I waited a bit, thought maybe the speaker was broken so I then rolled up to the window. Nobody came, no employees seemed to be around at all, it looked closed. I waited about 7 minutes at the window and decided nobody had taken the order. I had been here for 13 min total with no contact so I pulled out to head to wendys. Lazy bro then came out throwing his hands up when I went around the building. A simple hello and conformation of an order does not seem like a lot to ask. Looking at other reviews its clear it was not just me. Instead I got no communication and a bro throwing hands at me.

$14 for a burger and fries, all I was left with was misery, wrath, and regret. This building needs to be demolished. The guy working was chill tho

If I could give service a 0 I would. The last couple times I've had my husband go, not only do they explicitly do the opposite of what is requested *ex: removing or adding condiments*, but they are also so rude.... Tonight, not only did they not say a single word as they handed over the food and shut the window in his face, but when he tried to make sure he got everything that was ordered they completely ignored him.... Judging from the other reviews it's a running trend. If you can't live without sonic take the time and go to the location off 72nd Street. They're actually really nice there AND make your order correctly.

Dude working this morning the 7th. Is absolutely rude and am not sure why he even works where he does. We watched him be rude to two other cars not just us. Sorry you had to walk back in for sauce.

I asked for a Boba straw Instead of a regular straw so I could drink my shake easier. The worker told me that they don’t have boba straws right now. I said yes, you do. I come here all of the time and the workers always get a boba straw.
As she mumbled something under her breath she marched into sonic to run my card and what do you know? She came back with a Boba straw. She opened the window and said she was gonna put a stop to that and that she’s the new GM. I said I don’t care who you are. I appreciate the staff that does give me a Boba straw when I ask for it because it’s easier for me to drink it because I’m older. She laughed In my face. I asked her what her name was and she said her name was “Raven” or something like that … I had a difficult time hearing her. Hopefully, she won’t be the GM for very long. She clearly doesn’t like her job.

Guy taking the order seemed like he was high or something. Slurring his words, eyes barely opened. Didn't ask what size for anything, barely even spoke at the speaker. Food is burnt, chicken sandwich has maybe one half piece of bacon and then bacon bits.

I was very disappointed with the service at this location. I arrived at 1pm and there were maybe 4 other cars, 2 in the drive thru, 1 waiting, and 1 eating. So not busy at all. My stall did not receive a response to the call button until 12 minutes after being pushed. Total time until food and card was brought back was 24 minutes. At that point this is no longer fast food. And I should have been dining in somewhere else. Get your act together sonic.

Wow. I was so dissapointed the service was horrible i waited 10 mins just to get our order and, it took 5 mins just for our food. I shouldve gone to another ice cream place, better yet im going to dairy queen.

Server(s) had a pretty bad attitude towards the nice people ordering a stall down from us. I understand working fast food can be crappy but dang, if the customers are kind there's no need to get snappy with them.

The sonic in la Vista, next to costco... Do not do it.
The tots, fries, cheese sticks, and chicken strips were inedible. They were dry, tough, and cold. They all had to have been sitting out well before I arrived to order. I know its sonic, but man, that was especially bad. The triple smash was what I expected. No complaint there.

So, where is the manager overseeing the drive thru. All the girl would say on the speaker is “yup” when I ordered. The guy then tries to hand me a drink and the outside of the cup is dripping with what was in the cup. Then, I get the mozzarella sticks home and there is no dip for the sticks. Just wow.

The speed of just a drink was over 20 minutes after ordering on the app. The server was friendly and did what he could. Management needs to pay attention and figure out a better way!
