The sonic in la Vista, next to costco... Do not do it. The tots, fries, cheese sticks, and chicken strips were inedible. They were dry, tough, and cold. They all had to have been sitting out well before I arrived to order. I know its sonic, but man, that was especially bad. The triple smash was what I expected. No complaint there.

So, where is the manager overseeing the drive thru. All the girl would say on the speaker is “yup” when I ordered. The guy then tries to hand me a drink and the outside of the cup is dripping with what was in the cup. Then, I get the mozzarella sticks home and there is no dip for the sticks. Just wow.

Absolute trash customer service. If I could give a 0 I would. Your employees suck. Drive thru sat there for 10 minutes! Not a hello be with you in a second not a hold on. Thought maybe it was broke. Went To the window after 15 minutes. Said to the guy hey you didn’t say anything I been saying hello no response. Asked to get two corn dogs…. Two he said nope sorry gonna have to go to a spot then told me to go to window three. Waited another 10 minutes!!!!!! For two corn dogs….. absolutely trash service. Should be ashamed

ordered ahead two master shakes. waited about 20 minutes in the stall for these to be delivered. a moppy headed kid brought us our shakes and he did not confirm our order or give me a recipet. he just handed me the drinks and walked away. getting home, neither of the shakes were correct and ended up being plain vanilla and chocolate. this isn’t the first time we’ve had our order messed up. will not be back.

We went on a Friday night, and waited at a stall for over 5 minutes with no response; we got in line for the drive-thru thinking that would go quicker, only for that to take probably 8 minutes for us to get to order (they didn't even say anything until we gave our order). Then another several minutes to get to the window, all for them to get our order wrong. Pretty disappointed since Sonic usually has great service!

First time about a year ago went to this sonic. Ordered egg/sausage burito and it was great. Fresh, tasty, hot. Since been there twice and the same egg/sausage burito ans bot times it's been horrible le. The potatoes were soggy, egg was severely overcooked, and the entire burito looked like it had been wrapped and stuffed in someone's pocket for hours. It was the WORST food I hsve ever gotten from a fast food place. We will never be back. Will also be sure to share this terrible experience with others.
