If you want to get cold foam on your drink here... DONT. Every time I order a drink with cold foam I get the smallest amount of cold foam. For how much I'm paying for the cold foam, I expect it to be to the cold foam line each time. However, every other drink I get is good it's just the cold foam that's the issue.

Stopped in here after a doctors appointment to get something to drink and to relax a little bit and this is the perfect place for it. They have nice soft music playing very relaxed atmosphere and the staff is remarkable. Such kindness! From the moment you entered to the moment you leave, they are looking for ways to accommodate and take care of their customers. Quick efficient excellent at their jobs.

terrible i asked for no ice then they gave me ice so they re did it and gave me the whole wrong drink the first time and the next time do not go here if you have a choice! they took ten minutes to make one drink and 5 to even get to the counter to take my order. when i asked them to make my drink with no ice she turned around and started laughing with her employees and talking under her breath. me and a friend both got pink drinks and it was just strawberry açaí and no coconut milk in my friends.
the girls in the back were awesome!! I’ve never had a bad experience until now. unfortunately, the older blonde woman that took my order was just not very pleasant ):

This place is a breathe of fresh air!! They ACTUALLY know what good customer service is and deliver it well. They are consistently friendly, consistently quick to take orders, and consistently offer good products. I haven't seen customer service like this in a long time. I don't even think Starbucks has good coffee, but I go here because of their excellent customer service and great environment. Thank you staff for being a breathe of fresh air!!

BEST Starbucks location in town. They go out of their way to make their repeat customers happy and satisfied. They know your name, your drink, whether you like (or don't like) a straw or napkins, etcetera...all the forgettable stuff that you think they couldn't care about or possibly remember...they remember. The baristas use that knowledge to make you feel like a VIP, and that you are always top of mind. Sometimes on a hectic morning or just a hectic day overall, the BEST thing that happens to me is that one of their baristas made my favorite drink the way I like it made. I jump start my day w/ Starbucks (and have a hard time not stopping there first before I move on to my next destination); and I reliably end my day with a trip through the drive-thru for one last dose of the drink that helps me unwind from the chaos and fatigue of what presented itself that day. The baristas may or may not realize how pivotal they are in influencing their customers' days in a POSITIVE and impactful way (whether it is jump starting, tuning up, or unwinding someone from whatever demands are coming down the pike or have already come down the pike). I am a Starbucks addict, very selective when it comes to my drinks and who makes them, and this location consistently does a commendable job. And if they don't, they make it right with ease, poise, and consideration. Finicky, picky people will appreciate this location's attention to detail.
