They consistently have screwed up my orders (not like I am a Karen… super simple: order the falafel, give me falafel wrap not jalapeño chicken, seriously. Order an apple croissant muffin, don’t give me a cheese danish)). Last 2 times “new policy” apparently when ordering on app is wait 3x longer than app states before going to pick up your order. Faster to go through drive thru and just order. Last time, after 15 minutes… order still not done. This time, I watched my time! I put order in at 3:55. (They received it at 3:57). App said wait 4 minutes. I pulled to speaker at 3:59. He told me 10 minutes. I pulled out. 1 car went behind me. That is it!! I went back through after waiting my 4 more minutes and wah lah.. order was ready. He tried to tell me I had only waited 1 minute. No, sir. I looked. I have been getting drive thru coffee longer than you have been alive. I know the game. This one is a hard pass from now on. Plus, the dude was so rude! I mean seriously, I waited and then he wanted to argue with me. Customer service at its finest! This one comes from Management down. Just check the reviews. I guess that’s why they are putting them up on ever corner every mile. Whichever one fails, closes.

6 out of the 7 times I've said no whip and had whip, so I'm assuming I didn't get my extra shot or crunch bc they didn't even read my order apparently.

The bakery items I purchased were good but not great. Didn't taste real fresh. I went there on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't busy but it took a long time to get my order. Plus they were out of napkins everywhere so I think they were waiting on a shipment or something. Oh and they burnt my tea, like immediately. Tea should not be steeped in boiling water Starbucks!

The staff was polite but not particularly friendly. No smiles anywhere or chit chat between coworkers. Not a deal breaker by any means. Just an observation that they didn't seem happy.

The atmosphere was the typical moody Starbucks vibe where people come to chill and be on their devices.

Overall a good experience but nothing noteworthy.

I ordered drink that maybe made my barista not happy it was slow Friday afternoon I ordered Venti Iced Matcha Late with pistachio sauce and chocolate foam like I always did this past month but they wrote “Karen” on my cup which I said my name was Erin thank you I feel like they hated my drink

I used to go here almost everyday for the last 6 months. I usually get a mango dragon fruit lemonade, a sausage egg wrap and an everything bagel. Lately, they’ve gotten my order wrong almost every time I’m there. They’ve been giving me water instead of lemonade in my drink, filling my drink up to the brim with pure ice and very little drink. I drank an entire venti mango dragon fruit lemonade in about 5 drinks because that’s how much ice they put in it. Prices have gotten outrageous for the quantity and quality of the food you get. The sausage egg wrap is very inconsistent. One day it’s loaded with stuff and is warm and other days it’s all tortilla with basically nothing inside. They keep giving me regular bagels instead of the everything ones and almost always forgets my cream cheese which I pay extra for. They’re always super busy and even when I put a mobile order in and it says it’ll be ready in 5 -10 mins, I always end up waiting 20-30 mins. Plus, now they start charging for water?! This place has left me extremely disappointed and I’m very frustrated that I now have to find a new coffee shop.

If you want to wait 23 minutes in the drive thru line only to receive your incorrectly made drink, then this is the place for you. No this isn’t a first time occurrence. Won’t be back to this location again.

I'm not sure why but everytime I've come the last 2 weeks it takes me like 15 minutes to get a drink. I'd be fine with this if the staff was more kind ir apologized but they act like they don't care at all. Idk if they're understaffed or undertrained but they're lowkey rude lol

One thing I’m going to say about this Starbucks is that they never give the right drink they give me a liquidy frappe and I asked if they could actually blend it and they gave me a whole different drink that was still liquid and not blended at all! This Starbucks either needs new workers or needs to be closed.

This location needs to learn the drinks as advertised and make accordingly. Unfortunately the last two visits in a row I have received the wrong size drinks both times smaller than what I paid for and with out all the "extras" that the drinks are pictured with. These are not a gas station priced drink. Just make the drinks as they are supposed to be and in the right size and they would be great.

I —along with four or five other groups— waited over 30 minutes for our drinks to be made. Meanwhile, online orders piled up, overflowing the counter. The drive through moved quickly, so much so that a patron waiting for their order went to their car and picked up their drink from the drive through faster than they could have in person. Please stop de-prioritizing humans standing in front of you, in favor of lazy online orders who can’t be bothered to show up.

Try to give a different Starbucks your business. I've received bad to mediocre customer service from this store on more than one occasion. There have been issues with orders not being correct and them not wantingto redo it, issue with an app order being taken by the wrong customer and them acting like it's my fault, and issues with the attitudes of the employees.

Reposting from last review from someone else. Has been a reoccurrence for me as well and sadly this morning waiting 30 minutes while standing there waiting for something they aren’t even making for you is no bueno.
